M	Manuela Reiterer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Post hat's schwer. Viele Anbieter, die ihnen den Rang ablaufen wollen und der Druck auf die Mitarbeiter ist in den letzten Jahren bestimmt enorm gestiegen. Was allerdings in der Postfiliale Braunau passiert, spottet leider jeder Beschreibung. Unfreundlich ist wirklich ein Hilfsausdruck für die Damen und Herren da drinnen. Natürlich trifft das nicht auf jede(n) Einzelne(n) zu, trotzdem: alleine die Stimmung da drinnen ist zum Schneiden. Holt dann die Dame den ,Priority' Stempel und man möchte die Briefe gar nicht ,Priority' schicken, reißt der Geduldsfaden endgültig. Die Post bringt allen was. Schlechte Laune zum Beispiel. The post office has a hard time. Many vendors who want to outrank them and the pressure on employees has certainly increased enormously in recent years. Unfortunately, what happens in the Braunau post office mocks every description. Rude is really an auxiliary expression for the ladies and gentlemen in there. Of course, this does not apply to each individual, but anyway, the mood in there alone is for cutting. If the lady picks up the 'Priority' stamp and you do not want to send the letters 'Priority', the patience thread finally breaks. The post office brings something to everyone. Bad mood for example.
K	Kevin K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sollte eigentlich ein Paket erhalten dieses wird in der Station 14 Tage aufbewahrt, der Abholschein mit Stempeldatum liegt aber weit darüber und als ich nichts Wissend dort hin komme sagt man das Paket wurde zurück an den Absender geschickt. Das Paket kam dort auch nach sehr langer Zeit wieder an natürlich völlig zerstört (Porzellan oder ähnliches wäre kaputt gewesen).Echt traurig davon habe ich auch weil es meiner Meinung nach zu lange gedauert hat den Kundenservice kontaktiert wegen Sendungsverfolgung und Status wurde nur gesagt es wird Ihnen schon noch zu gestellt, aber war leider nicht so. Leider hat die Post immer noch ein sehr großes Monopol und kann sich das erlauben mit Kunden so um zu gehen. If a package should actually be received, it will be kept in the station for 14 days, but the pick-up slip with the stamp date is far above and when I get there, knowing nothing, they say the package has been sent back to the sender. The package arrived there after a very long time, of course, completely destroyed (porcelain or the like would have been broken). I was really sad about it because, in my opinion, it took too long to contact customer service about shipment tracking and status was only said it is Already sent to you, but unfortunately it wasn't like that. Unfortunately, the Post still has a very large monopoly and can afford to treat customers like that.

D	Daniel Eder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter am Postschalter wirken meist gelangweilt und sind alles andere als freundlich. Ansonsten halt ne normale Postfiliale. Dadurch das meist 3 Schalter besetzt sind und Handy- und Bankangelegenheiten vom normalen Postgeschäft abgetrennt sind kommt es selten zu langen Wartezeiten, wie das in so manch kleiner Filiale der Fall ist. The employees at the post office usually seem bored and are anything but friendly. Otherwise just a normal post office. Because 3 counters are usually manned and mobile phone and banking matters are separated from normal postal business, there are seldom long waiting times, as is the case in some small branches.
