Totally rude staff. The coworkers think up some stories out of order not to help customers. UNFORTUNATELY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL!

Ich war vor kurzen als Kunde dort und musste während meinem Einkauf kurz auf die Toilette. Darauf hin habe ich bei einer Dame, die gerade die Regale einräumte, freundlich nachgefragt und als antwort kam in einem sehr mürischen und genervten Ton: "Najo san se jz ois kundschoft do oda oafoch so eina kemma?"
Mir ist bewusst das es nicht sehr gern gesehen wird wen man als NICHT Kunde das Kunden WC besucht aber man könnte in einem kundenfreundlicheren Ton die Situation hinterfragen.
No friendly staff!
I was there a short time ago as a customer and had to go to the toilet during my shopping. In response, I asked friendly questions from a lady who was just about to leave the shelves, and the answer came in a very mournful and annoyed tone: "Najo san se jz ois kundschoft do oda oafoch so eina kemma?"
I am aware that it is not very welcome who is visited as a non-customer the customer toilet but you could question the situation in a more customer-friendly tone.
