They told us our account was "terminated" when it was working perfectly fine, so we called the support number, a few minutes after I explained the whole situation to the WU assistant, she asked to speak to the man behind the desk making the transaction, and why it wasn't working. The man just yelled at the assistant, saying "it was WU's fault, and they have nothing to do with it", the man then proceeded to hang up the phone while the WU assistant was speaking to him, and then threw my phone on the table ( it was phone by the way). Meanwhile, the other man was yelling at us (my mom and I) "if the service doesn't work, it's their fault, we have nothing to do with that, FINISH, BYE". So in short, awful service, awful people, I hope they get their WU services revoked, because that's not being helpful or anything similar to that.
