Warteschlangen vor den Schaltern beeindrucken gar nicht, es wird fleißig weiter getratscht und einmal wurde soger ein Schalter geschlossen, weil Pause war.... Absolutely unfriendly, almost arrogant tone of the employees with the customers, there are snappy answers to questions ... Queues in front of the counters are not at all impressive, people continue to gossip and once even a counter was closed because there was a break ....

Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter bleiben auch zu Stoßzeiten sehr freundlich und arbeiten gewissenhaft. Hier komme ich gerne her. Since I've lived in Andritz, this has been my standard branch, and I'm very satisfied with it. The employees remain very friendly even at peak times and work conscientiously. I like to come here.
U	Ulrike P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Andritzer Post lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Heute standen mindestens 6 Leute vor verschlossener Tür, weil im Internet steht, sie sei samstags geöffnet. Leider hat die Filiale samstags nicht mehr offen (kein Kundenservice für Menschen, die unter der Woche bis Abend arbeiten müssen). Zusteller fahren mit den Mopeds auf den Gehsteigen und lassen sie mitten drin stehen, sodass Leute mit Kinderwagen auf die Straße ausweichen müssen. In Siedlungen, wo Fahrverbot herrscht, wird konsequent nicht nur mit Moped, sondern auch mit dem Paketzustellauto gefahren. Und das nicht im Schritttempo! Trotz Abstellgenehmigung gibt es immer wieder Zusteller, die behaupten, sie können es „im System“ nicht sehen und so manch einer verlangt eine Unterschrift trotz Abstellgenehmigung und bleibt stur, dass er eine Unterschrift benötige, obwohl am Servicetelefon gesagt wird, er braucht keine (normales Paket – kein Einschreiben). Trotz mehrmaliger Anrufe beim Kundentelefon ändert sich nichts!!! Sowohl Paket- als auch Briefzusteller glauben, sie seien im Recht und „bestrafen“ einen mit aggressivem Verhalten, wenn man sie darauf anspricht. Delivery workers drive the mopeds on the sidewalks and leave them standing in the middle so that people with prams have to take to the street. In settlements where driving is prohibited, people not only drive with mopeds, but also with parcel delivery vehicles. And not at walking pace! Despite the parking permit, there are always deliverers who claim that they cannot see it "in the system" and some people demand a signature despite the parking permit and remain stubborn that they need a signature, although the service phone says that they do not need one (normal Package - no registered mail). Despite repeated calls to the customer phone, nothing changes !!! Both parcel and letter deliverers believe they are right and "punish" you with aggressive behavior if you speak to them about it.
