Ich bin seit Jahren FIRMENKUNDE bei der Post und sonst in einer anderen Filiale, ausnahmsweise einmal diese Filiale besucht. Ich habe den Post-Mitarbeiter 2x gefragt ob sich die Sendung mit Sendungsverfolgung (Dicke) ausgeht, der Verkäufer hat gemeint- es geht sich aus. Verrechnet hat er aber die höhere Summe. Da wir ein Kundenkonto haben, habe ich es erst bei der Abrechnung gesehen. Er war auch sehr unfreundlich (ein jüngerer Herr) und 0 Serviceorientierung - dann auch noch mir dreist ins Gesicht lügen! So eine Frechheit! Ihre Filiale werde ich nie wieder betreten!
A LAUGHTY CHEATER BRANCH!
I have been a CORPORATE CUSTOMER at the post office for years and in another branch, for once visited this branch. I asked the Post employee twice whether the consignment with consignment tracking (thickness) worked out, the seller said - it worked out. However, he charged the higher sum. Since we have a customer account, I only saw it when I was settled. He was also very unfriendly (a younger gentleman) and 0 service orientation - then also lying boldly in my face! What a cheek! I will never enter your branch again!
