★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde freundlich und hilfsbereit bedient. Sogar selten benötigte Medikamente waren lagernd. Die Verkäuferin sprach einwandfreies deutsch. Zu den Medikamenten wurden die notwendigen Dosierungs- und Gefahrenhinweise gegeben. Verkaufs-, Lager- und Arbeitsräume sind sauber, hell und einladend. Wartezeit gering.
I was served in a friendly and helpful manner. Even medicines that were rarely used were in stock. The saleswoman spoke perfect German. The necessary dosage and hazard information was given for the medication. Sales, storage and work rooms are clean, bright and inviting. Little waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Äußerst unfreundliche Dame, falls man von Kundenservice reden kann ist dieser sehr schlecht. Traurig, da ich jahrelang nur dort war. Setze keinen Fuß mehr durch diese Tür.
Extremely unfriendly lady, if you can talk about customer service it is very bad. Sad as I was only there for years. Don't set foot through this door anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedes zweite Medikament welches mir mein Arzt verschreibt ist in dieser Apotheke nicht lagernd bzw. nur von einem anderen Hersteller (vermutlich aus billiger Produktion) vorhanden.
Every second drug that my doctor prescribes for me is not in stock in this pharmacy or is only available from another manufacturer (probably from cheaper production).
