P	Patric Fuchs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riesiger Ansturm und dennoch nur ein Schalter besetzt!!!! Es haben durchwegs 8-10 Kunden gewartet. Ich selbst weit über 20 Minuten! Wird man sich bei der Post schon leisten können! Huge rush and yet only one switch occupied! 8-10 customers have been waiting throughout. I myself well over 20 minutes! You will be able to afford it at the post office!
D	Dima Dimso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Grosse dicke mit Glatze ist sowas von fehl am Platz. Der Paketzusteller leutet nicht, fährt manchmal gar bich erst hin, gibt falsche angaben. The big fat bald one is kind of out of place. The parcel deliverer doesn't ring, sometimes even drives there, gives incorrect information.

I	Isabella Ni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich könnte, würde ich Minus Punkte geben. Der Herr der dort arbeitet ist unfassbar unfreundlich, und das nicht zum ersten mal. Ich habe ganz normal gefragt was für ein Kuvert ich für meine Sendung brauche, weil ich mich nicht auskenne und er hat sehr unfreundlich, herablassend und genervt gefragt "Wohin denn das Paket Bitteschön soll", er hat mit mir gesprochen wie ich es sonst noch nirgendwo erlebt habe. Dann meinte er, ich muss eine ganze Packung mit Kuverts kaufen, weil sie keine da hätten bzw ich welche kaufen muss. Danach ging ich schauen, welche ich kaufe, kam danach zu seiner Kollegin an den Schalter (sehr Kundenfreundlich) und sie meinte, sie gibt mir eines weil ich nur ein Stück brauche. Habe dann das Päckchen problemlos versenden lassen. Ich bin mit richtig schlechter Laune nach Hause gegangen und werde diese Filiale ab jetzt meiden. If I could, I would give minus points. The man who works there is incredibly unfriendly, and not for the first time. I asked quite normally what kind of envelope I need for my shipment because I don't know my way around and he asked very unfriendly, condescendingly and annoyed "Where should the package go?", He spoke to me like I have nowhere else have experienced. Then he said, I have to buy a whole pack of envelopes because they don't have any or I have to buy some. Then I went to see which one I would buy, then came to his colleague at the counter (very customer-friendly) and she said she would give me one because I only need one piece. Then I had the package sent without any problems. I went home in a really bad mood and will avoid this branch from now on.
s	sebi el. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zuständiger Herr Postmitarbeiter möchte, dass ich 5€ teureren Tarif für einen Auslandsversand nach D zahle. Nachdem ich ihn über Maße, Tarife und Preise aufkläre, misst er letztlich nach und ich zahle das wirklich anfallende Porto. Deshalb: Tarif samt Maßen vorher im Online-Tarifrechner durchrechnen lassen und ggf. ordentlich Paroli bieten !!! Oder gleich den Frankierautomaten nutzen...geht eh schneller The responsible Mr. Post employee would like me to pay 5 € more expensive tariff for an international shipment to D. After I inform him about the dimensions, tariffs and prices, he finally measures and I pay the postage that actually arises. Therefore: Have the tariff including dimensions calculated beforehand in the online tariff calculator and, if necessary, stand up to it! Or use the franking machine right away ... it's faster anyway
