Sehr schade Talent-free shop assistant in the men's department, who explains to the customer that the suit jacket does not have to be closed, because you can't do it anyway and then you can not remove the pants within 5 minutes because a) she doesn't use needles and b) she can open it outside tries to find a measure ..... Kassierer waren nett und bemüht uns beim umtausch zu helfen. Die Chefin wiederum kahm selbst nach dem 3 aufruf der verkäuferin nicht und antwortete nur auf die umstände mit wir müssen jetzt was anderes finden zu dem preis da es nicht ausgezahlt werden kann. Ich wiederhole wir fragten beim kauf ob dies möglich sei und diese bejahte es. Statemant: Wir sind uns einig das wir unter dieser Leitung definitiv nicht nochmal erscheinen werden. We came back to exchange something where when we bought the item we asked if this was even possible and she said yes. Cashiers were nice and tried to help us with exchanges.
