"I hab jetz für sowas koa Zeit, gea in a greaßere Filiale" meinte Herr N. nach langer Zettelkramerei und einem missglückten Versuch meine Daten in den Windows95 Rechner zu tippen. In der nächsten Postfiliale fand dann tatsächlich jemand Zeit für mich und konnte alles unkompliziert in 3 Minuten abwickeln. Liebe Filiale Götzens, liebe Post AG, bitte sucht doch um kompetentere Mitarbeiter an bzw. stellt Ihnen funktionierende Arbeitsmittel zur Verfügung. Oft kommt es einem so vor wenn es in den Filialen über "ich möchte dieses Paket aufgeben" hinaus geht, herrscht Ahnungslosigkeit/Unsicherheit. ....na mir war nit fad, dass i de lange Rezension schreib. Good luck .... I wish those who want to identify themselves in this branch. "I have now no time for something like that, gea in a bigger branch" said Mr. N. after a long scrap of paper and an unsuccessful attempt to type my data into the Windows95 computer. In the next post office, someone actually found time for me and was able to handle everything in just 3 minutes. Dear Götzens branch, Dear Post AG, please look for more competent employees or provide you with working equipment. Often it seems like that when it goes beyond "I want to give up this package" in the branches, there is cluelessness / uncertainty. .... well I wasn’t bored that I was writing the long review.
S	Sonja Engl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Postfiliale in Götzens ist einfach eine super Sache. Denn dann können wir unsere Pakete im Mittelgebirge daheim aufzugeben. Echt klasse. The post office in Götzens is simply a great thing. Because then we can post our parcels at home in the low mountain range. Great.
C	Caro Line on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 Stern ist noch zu viel. Türe wird bereits vor Ende der Öffnungszeiten verschlossen. Auf mein Klopfen hin wurde dann von der Postangestellten geöffnet und behauptet, dass sich der Computer bereits selbst heruntergefahren hätte. Auch sonst ist die Postfiliale Götzens leider sehr enttäuschend. Tarife die online aufscheinen und in anderen Postfilialen zur Anwendung kommen werden hier verweigert (Stichwort Päckchen mit Sendungsverfolgung). Liebe Post bitte schaut dieser Filiale mal auf die Finger und schult die Mitarbeiter entsprechend. 1 star is still too much. Doors are locked before the opening hours. When I knocked, the postal worker opened it and claimed that the computer had already shut down itself. The Götzens post office is also otherwise very disappointing. Tariffs that appear online and are used in other post offices are refused here (keyword parcel with shipment tracking). Dear Post, please take a look at this branch and train the employees accordingly.

Danke Auch schade das der Vorgänger nicht mehr da ist genauso ein toller angenehmer und kompetenter Mitarbeiterin...dankeschön Very fine branch, the grey-haired gentleman was so helpful and competent to help me with my package to Asia..he knows his way around and is helpful! Thanks It's also a pity that the predecessor is no longer there, as is a great, pleasant and competent employee... thank you
