D	D P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prinzipiell eine gute Lösung, wenn man sich nicht mit unfähigen Paketdiensten ab ärgern will, jedoch ist es nervig, wenn die Post dann weitere drei bis vier Tage braucht, um das Paket an meine Adresse zu zustellen. In principle a good solution if you don't want to get annoyed with incompetent parcel services, but it is annoying if the post office then needs another three to four days to deliver the package to my address.

Then prefer DPD ...

Darüber hinaus ist der Service eine Katastrophe (falsche Auskünfte, Fehler bei hinterlegten Adressen etc.) - Alles Post, leider (k)ein Scherz und das Geld nicht wert. You expect reliability when you hear '(all) mail'. Far from it here. We've been chasing a package for weeks. In addition, the service is a disaster (incorrect information, errors in stored addresses, etc.) - Everything is post, unfortunately (not a joke) and not worth the money.

Verantwortung in dem Saftladen. Der Geschädigte Kunde ist der Dumme und der Post u. GF der Halban Kurz Str. 10 ist das egal wie man sieht. Wenn es wirklich wichtig ist, dann 100% NICHT mit der Post. Post parcel deliverers steal Amazon parcels (as happened to me), deliver parcels extremely late, the customer has to phone and walk after his parcels, nobody is responsible and bears the blame and responsibility in the juice shop. The injured customer is the stupid and the post office and GF of Halban Kurz Str. 10 doesn't care as you can see. If it really matters, 100% NOT in the mail.
D	Dominik Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach 2 Tagen und etwa 200km Steuergerät und alle Injektoren defekt. Wagen war ein Erstbesitz direkt von Bmw gekauft und hatte zum Zeitpunkt des Tunings die geringe Laufleistung von 35 tsd km. Das einzige bis dahin erforderliche Service wurde bei Bmw gemacht. Bei dem Wagen gab es keine anderweitigen Manipulationen. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Tuner ergab leider keine Lösung (was aber zu erwarten war, Garantie oder Gewährleistung auf Leistungssteigerungen gibt es nie außer im 5- 6fachen Preisbereich) und würde vermutlich von den meisten als "unfreundlich" bis "sehr unfreundlich" beschrieben werden. Die Manipulation erfolgte direkt am Steuergerät und war auch danach an diesem deutlich sichtbar anhand der verbogenen Hülle. Meine Vermutung wäre, dass, entweder während der Manipulation oder danach, Schmutzpartikel/Feuchtigkeit in die Elektronik kamen und den Schaden verursachten denn das Tuning selber wirkte sauber, die Leistungskurve fühlte sich rund an, der Wagen hatte keine merkbare Rauchentwicklung und es schienen keine Fehler auf. Ich möchte nicht ausschließen dass ich Pech hatte und einen Einzelfall darstelle. After 2 days and about 200km the control unit and all injectors are defective. The car was a first-time owner bought directly from BMW and at the time of tuning it had a low mileage of 35,000 km. The only service required until then was done by BMW. There was no other manipulation with the car. Contacting the tuner unfortunately did not result in a solution (which was to be expected, there is never a guarantee or warranty for performance increases except in the 5-6 times price range) and would probably be described by most as "unfriendly" to "very unfriendly". The manipulation took place directly on the control unit and was also clearly visible afterwards on the basis of the bent cover. My assumption would be that, either during the manipulation or afterwards, dirt particles / moisture got into the electronics and caused the damage because the tuning itself looked clean, the performance curve felt round, the car had no noticeable smoke development and no errors appeared . I don't want to rule out that I was unlucky and represented an isolated case.
K	KP K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man nicht zu Hause ist und den ganzen Tag wartet, wird das Paket nicht bei einer Postfiliale hinterlegt, sondern zurückgeschickt. Warum muss man dann die Telefonnummer hinterlegen, es wäre so unkompliziert gewesen, einmal anzurufen. Jetzt muss ich dem Paket, das ich dringend brauche, mühevoll hinterherlaufen. Und da könnte ich noch von sehr vielen Ärgernissen erzählen. So eine Drecksfirma ist aus der Post in den letzten Jahren geworden.

A	Alex H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I would've looked up these reviews before trying out the service. At first, it was barely tolerable with about 3 days of delay. Although even then, their tracking number system seemed to not work correctly - some packages would get two numbers, some would be forwarded without one, etc. It was definitely not easy to trace which package from which original address had arrived and which new tracking number it got. Which should be so simple - it's just mapping from one original tracking number (from DPD, Amazon, whatever) to a new one. I don't see how there is room for error here. Now, I get that right now, with covid, it's a bit of a special situation but you know what? DPD and Amazon are also going through this crisis. There are of course issues like the delivery person not ringing my apartment or having to fetch the package from another district (hence me trying out AllesPost) but at least it's easy to trace where the package is and it arrives within a few days.
