Diese Frau ist nicht nur langsam, sondern auch überaus unfreundlich. Als ich über den Preis eines Paketes erstaunt war und dankend ablehnte, kam nur ein "oh Ey". Daraufhin wurden meine Pakete auf den Boden geschmissen/liegen gelassen und ich konnte zusehen, wie ich diese hinter dem Schalter aufnehme. So ein Verhalten finde ich als Kunde zutiefst inakzeptabel. Die Frau hat schwarzes Haar, ist schlank und tätowiert. Dear Sirs, I would like to complain about an employee in the Buchengasse 77, 1100 Vienna branch. This woman is not only slow, but also extremely rude. When I was amazed at the price of a package and declined with thanks, only an "oh ey" came. Then my packages were thrown / left on the floor and I was able to watch as I pick them up behind the counter. As a customer, I find such behavior deeply unacceptable. Zudem sind die Abholbox und die Automaten draußen ständig kaputt Eternal waiting times. It has gotten worse since the separation from Bawag, as it is now the only branch in the majority of favorites. A	Aysha Tojka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 mal muss eine hochschwangere hinkommen damit sie eine Auszahlung vom Ams bekommt trotz Identitätszeugin und Dokumente nur weil der 2. vorname nicht am Abholzettel stand (die meisten Stellen lassen den weg weil der 1ste Name schon 8 Buchstaben hat) tolle Leistung. A heavily pregnant woman has to come 5 times so that she gets a payment from the Ams despite an identity witness and documents just because the 2nd first name was not on the pick-up slip (most places leave it out because the 1st name already has 8 letters) great performance.
H	Hana Fazlic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richtig unfreundliches Personal. Laut der Mitarbeiterin funktioniert der Drucker nicht. Es is jedoch nicht mal ein Schild oder sonst was angebracht das dieser nicht funktioniert. Ich habe mein Geld eingeworfen und die Mitarbeiterin meinte ganz frech das dieser nicht geht und ich mein Geld jetzt auch nicht zurück bekommen werde und ging einfach weg. Really unfriendly staff. According to the employee, the printer is not working. However, there isn't even a sign or anything else that says it doesn't work. I put my money in and the employee said very cheekily that this doesn't work and that I won't get my money back and just walked away.
