Während der Arbeit gab es kleine technisch Herausforderungen, die aber schnellstens und kompetent teils telefonisch und teils mit Schnellservice per Techniker vor Ort erledigt wurden. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und insgesamt tolles Team. Klare Empfehlung meinerseits! Excellent service from start to finish :) The excavator was in very good condition. There were small technical challenges during the work, but they were dealt with quickly and competently, partly by telephone and partly with quick service by a technician on site. Great price-performance ratio and great team overall. Clear recommendation on my part!

P	Peter Machowetz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe einen Minibagger 1,8 Tonnen für umfangreiche Erdbewegungen in meine Garten gemietet. Da ein größeres Gerät nicht unter meinem Carport durchkommen konnte, war die günstige Wochenmiete zum Preis von 4 Tagen von 475 € entscheidend wobei der Bagger am Freitag geliefert wurde und erst wieder Montag abgeholt, sodass ich ihn 9 Tage zur Verfügung hatte. Das war sehr hilfreich, weil die Wetterbedingungen im Februar nicht jeden Tag ideal zum baggern waren. Wegen Kritiken anderer Kunden über angeblich nicht gerechtfertigte Zusatzkosten habe ich eine Fotodokumentation des Zustandes vereinbart. Der Bagger kam in äußerlich gutem Zustand an. Im Laufe der Woche waren ein paar kleine Kratzer unvermeidlich da man beim Drehen der Kabine unweigerlich am dahinter angehäuften Erdhügel anschabt. Als alles fast fertig war, machte Regen die Arbeit fast unmöglich und eine Gebrochener Tel am Antrieb ließ den Bagger mitten im Garten im Schlamm zurück. Ein Mitarbeiter von HWS konnte den Ersatzteil noch am selben Tag aus einem anderen Bagger ausbauen und mein Gerät trotz Regen und Schlamm reparieren. Ich durfte den Bagger dann zum Abschließen der Arbeiten eine Tag länger behalten um den Zeitverlust durch den Defekt aufzuholen.. Um Zusatzkosten zu vermeiden tankte ich ihn frisch auf und reinigte ihn außen und innen gründlich. Ich verstehe jetzt, dass fürs Reinigen Kosten verrechnet werden. Ich war mehrere Stunden beschäftigt. Die Rechnung war dann wie vereinbart Miete für 4 Tage abzüglich Februarbonus zuzüglich Versicherung und Zustellung bzw. Abholung ohne Zusatzkosten trotz ein paar Schrammen. I rented a 1.8 ton mini excavator for extensive earth moving in my yard. Since a larger device could not get through under my carport, the cheap weekly rent for 4 days of € 475 was decisive, whereby the excavator was delivered on Friday and only picked up on Monday so that I had it available for 9 days. That was very helpful because the weather conditions in February were not ideal for dredging every day. Because of reviews from other customers about allegedly unjustified additional costs, I have agreed to have a photo documentation of the condition. The excavator arrived in good external condition. In the course of the week, a few small scratches were inevitable because when you turn the cabin you inevitably scrape the mound of earth behind it. When everything was almost finished, rain made the work almost impossible and a broken phone on the drive left the excavator in the middle of the garden in the mud. An employee from HWS was able to remove the spare part from another excavator on the same day and repair my device despite the rain and mud. I was then allowed to keep the excavator one day longer to complete the work in order to make up for the time lost due to the defect. To avoid additional costs, I refueled it fresh and cleaned it thoroughly inside and out. I now understand that there is a charge for cleaning. I was busy for several hours. The invoice was then, as agreed, rent for 4 days minus the February bonus plus insurance and delivery or collection without additional costs despite a few scratches.
M	Manuela Buxbaum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte ein Bobcat zur Leihe, kräftiges Gerät, sogar eine 8m3 Mulde damit verschoben und 36m3 Erde in 2 Tagen bewältigt! Alle Männer haben natürlich geschaut! Gute Beratung, Preis hat gepasst, weiter zu empfehlen. Had a Bobcat on loan, powerful device, even moved an 8m3 trough with it and covered 36m3 of earth in 2 days! All men looked, of course! Good advice, price was right, to be recommended.
G	Gerold Krommer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich habe 2x etwas geliehen, einmal davon einen Mini-Bagger mit Fahrer und einmal einen 2,7 t Schaufelbagger. Wie auf einer Baustelle üblich läuft nicht alles nach Plan und HWS zeigte sich hier möglichst flexibel. Auch der Ausleihvorgang und der Zustand der Geräte war absolut in Ordnung, gibt nichts zu bemäkeln. Den Preis für die Geräte finde ich eigentlich günstig, man darf aber nicht über die - durchaus plausiblen - Nebenkosten wie Reinigung, Nachtanken und vor allem Transport überrascht sein. Bei 1-2 tägiger Leihe kann (und wird) das oft den Preis verdoppeln. Das ist keine Kritik sondern soll vermeiden dass potentielle Kunden dann überrascht sind. Ich würde (und werde) sicher dort wieder Geräte leihen und das ist wohl eine Aussage auf die ich bei anderer Leute Rezensionen Wert legen würde... So I borrowed something twice, once a mini excavator with driver and once a 2.7 t shovel excavator. As usual on a construction site, not everything goes according to plan and HWS was as flexible as possible here. The loan process and the condition of the devices were also absolutely fine, nothing to complain about. I think the price for the devices is actually cheap, but you shouldn't be surprised by the - quite plausible - additional costs such as cleaning, refueling and, above all, transport. With a 1-2 day loan, this can (and will) often double the price. This is not a criticism but should avoid that potential customers are surprised. I would (and will) borrow equipment there again and that is probably a statement that I would value in other people's reviews ...
T	Toni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten für eine Woche einen Mikrobagger und einen super Dumper. Lieferung war sehr pünktlich, die Geräte super gewartet. Zwischendurch ist uns ein Hydraulikschlauch geplatzt und ein Techniker war sofort vor Ort und hat den schade repariert, war super Danke dafür. Und am Telefon immer nett und um eine Lösung bemüht :-) Abholung hat auch super funktioniert. super Team .. Weiter so.!!!! We had a micro-excavator and a super dumper for a week. Delivery was very punctual, the devices were well maintained. In between, a hydraulic hose burst and a technician was on site immediately and repaired the damage, it was great thanks for that. And always nice on the phone and tried to find a solution :-) Pick-up also worked great. great team .. keep it up. !!!!

Wir benötigten einen Microbagger samt Anhänger zur Selbstabholung und weiters einen Abbruchhammer (Hilti-Stemmgerät). Die Abwicklung im Vorfeld via Mail und Telefon erfolgte rasch und alle Antworten auf Fragen und weitere Infos wurden verständlich übermittelt bzw. via Mail zugesandt. Die Abholung war problemlos zum gewünschten Termin, alle Geräte waren bereits zur Abholung vorbereitet. Einschulung am Bagger kurz und schmerzlos, mit ein bisschen Sachverstand leicht zu bedienen. Die Geräte sind top gewartet und erfüllten ihren Zweck ohne murren übers ganze Wochenende tadellos. Nachgetankt (Bagger) wurde selbst, ansonst ist mit einem Aufschlag zu rechnen. Die Verrechnung erfolgte nach der Rückgabe prompt und am selben Tag. Alles in Allem ein gelungenes Projektwochende. Mit den ausgeliehenen Maschinen der Firma HWS funktionierte die geplante Arbeit mit sehr viel Freude und wie gewünscht... :-) DANKE und gerne mal wieder, LG Markus Fast processing and impeccable, serviced loan machines. We needed a micro excavator with a trailer to pick it up and a demolition hammer (Hilti mortising device). The handling in advance via email and telephone was quick and all answers to questions and further information were clearly communicated or sent via email. The pickup was easy on the desired date, all devices were already prepared for pickup. Training on the excavator short and painless, easy to use with a bit of expertise. The devices are well maintained and did their job perfectly over the weekend without grumbling. Refueling (excavator) was done yourself, otherwise a surcharge can be expected. The settlement took place promptly after the return and on the same day. All in all a successful project weekend. With the borrowed machines from the company HWS, the planned work worked with a lot of joy and as requested ... :-) THANKS and gladly again, LG Markus

Der Fahrer war sehr kompetent und hat alles berücksichtigt, was mir wichtig war. In Summe war der Aushub von über 25m3 in weniger als einem Arbeitstag erledigt. Günstig, kompetent und auch empfehlenswert gleich einen Fahrer dazu zu nehmen! On the recommendation of the warehouse manager, I rented a 2t excavator with a driver. Delivery and collection were straightforward and on time. The driver was very competent and took everything that was important to me into account. In total, the excavation of over 25m3 was completed in less than one working day. Inexpensive, competent and also recommendable to take a driver right away!
