Schulmeisternd und genervt sollte ein Besichtigungstermin vereinbart werden. Als ich auf den Tonfall hinwies, wurde aufgelegt. Die Botschaft war deutlich. I was amazed when a tone was struck during the phone call to make an appointment that took me back to my school days. Schoolmaster and annoyed, a viewing appointment should be arranged. When I pointed out the tone of voice they hung up. The message was clear.
