Polybau sich stehts um die Behebung aller Beanstandungen gekümmert hat und diese erledigt werden - die ersten gelieferten Rollläden wurden auf ihren Wunsch hin wieder getauscht und nicht weil es Mängel gab. Ich darf mich aber auch im Namen der Polybau Fenster GmbH für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen. Es sind hier eine Vielzahl von Problemen aufgetreten, die ihren Ursprung in der Kommunikation zueinander hatten. Zuerst die falsch verstandenen Insektengitter wo der Außendienst anscheinend etwas anderes bestellt hat als sie gewünscht haben, fehlende Teile usw. - daher ja es gab Probleme jedoch waren wir immer bemüht diese zu ihrer Zufriedenheit zu erledigen und wir entschuldigen uns für diese Vorgangsweise - Danke Response from the Polybau sales manager to a review by Christian Brunner If you, Mr. Brunner, are already giving reviews, I ask you to remain factual and honest - we are not the manufacturer of the product but only retailers and if you complain about incidence of light there are standards and guidelines of the Association of the Sun Protection Industry - but please also mention them that the Polybau company has always taken care of the rectification of all complaints and these are dealt with - the first roller shutters delivered were replaced at your request and not because there were defects. I also apologize on behalf of Polybau Fenster GmbH for the inconvenience this caused. A multitude of problems have arisen here that originated in communication with one another. First the wrongly understood insect screens where the sales force apparently ordered something different than what they wanted, missing parts, etc. - so yes there were problems but we always tried to do them to your satisfaction and we apologize for this approach - thank you
C	Christian Brunner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inkompetenz vom Verkauf bis zur Montage. Nach bereits drittem Montagetermin für Rollläden fehlt eine Blende und Rollladen hat falsche Farbe. Mit Sonnenschutz hat das Produkt ebenfalls wenig zu tun da es einen starken Lichteinfall seitlich bei den Schienen und vom Kasten selbst gibt. Fazit, nach 5 Monaten noch kein fertiges dafür aber ein falsches Produkt. Eindeutig Hände weg von dieser Firma!!!! Incompetence from sales to assembly. After the third assembly date for roller shutters, a cover is missing and the roller shutter is the wrong color. The product also has little to do with sun protection as there is a strong incidence of light from the side of the rails and from the box itself. Conclusion, after 5 months no finished product but a wrong product. Definitely hands off this company !!!!

Reine pfuschpartie von der abmessung bis zur Montage!! Nie wieder Firma Polybau und auch nie wieder eine Empfehlung an jemanden anderes!! LEUTE FINGER WEG!!!! Would like to give 0 stars, incompetent and nothing fits as it should with my "new" windows and doors! Pure bungling from the dimensions to the assembly! Never again Polybau and never again a recommendation to someone else! PEOPLE HANDS OFF!!!!
