Kein Leistungsupgrade (NeukundInnen bekommen bessere/billigere Angebote), bei Kündigung wegen Wohnungswechsel trotzdem mehrmonatige Kündigungsfrist (Ummeldung auf neuen Wohnsitz nicht möglich!), war einmal 30 Min in der Warteschleife und bin dann rausgeflogen usw. Internet selbst okay.
Unfortunately bad customer service. No service upgrade (new customers get better / cheaper offers), in the event of termination due to a change of residence a period of notice of several months (re-registration to new residence not possible!), Was once on hold for 30 minutes and then flew out, etc. Internet itself okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Provider bietet leider nicht wie zahlreiche Mitbewerber einen Umzugsservice oder ein Sonderkündgungsrecht bei einem Umzug in eine neue Wohnung an. Damit kann der an sich recht günstige Provider (Achtung auf zusätzliche Gebühren!) ziemlich schnell ziemlich teuer werden. Der Kundenservice ist sehr langsam, man hängt in Warteschleifen und wird immer wieder weitergereicht.
Unfortunately, unlike many other competitors, the provider does not offer a relocation service or a special right of termination when moving to a new apartment. This means that the actually quite cheap provider (watch out for additional fees!) Can quickly become quite expensive. Customer service is very slow, you hang on hold and are passed on again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using their DSL services for years now and aside from the fact that I've never had any fluctuations in speed (no dips in the evening like with certain other ISPs), IF there ever is an outage or some problem (I'm not even sure whether it happened once or twice, it's that rare and quickly taken care of), you don't have to speak to some customer support agent who has no clue and reads from a script but instead you get to speak with someone with tech knowledge straight away.
