An der Qualität der Fenster gibt es nichts auszusetzen, der Einbau war allerdings ein Flop. 1) Abdichtung der Anschlüsse wurden nicht gemacht und es wurde auch nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass diesbezüglich noch etwas zu machen ist. 2) Die Fensterbank wurde mit falschem Gefälle montiert. 3) Rollos wurden in Falscher Breite geliefert. Bei der Reklamation wurde sich nicht einmal entschuldigt. Die Rollos mussten ich zurück bringen, damit diese auf das richtige Maß nachgearbeitet werden, das hat auch funktioniert. Ich wurde nicht informiert, dass sie fertig war. Wenn ich nicht selber angerufen hätte, würde ich wahrscheinlich immer noch warten. 4) Auf ein Angebot für 2 weiter Terrassentüren musste ich mehrere Wochen warten, trotz Erinnerungen per Telefon und Mail. Ich werde diese Firma nicht wieder kontaktieren Absolute disaster! There is nothing wrong with the quality of the windows, but the installation was a flop. 1) The connections were not sealed and it was not pointed out that something still needs to be done in this regard. 2) The window sill was installed with the wrong slope. 3) Roller blinds were delivered in the wrong width. When we complained, they didn't even apologize. I had to bring back the blinds to have them reworked to the right size, and that worked. I was not informed that she was finished. If I hadn't called myself, I'd probably still be waiting. 4) I had to wait several weeks for an offer for 2 more patio doors, despite reminders by phone and email. I will not contact this company again
