Driver's license, extract from the criminal record, handled quickly and competently. No waiting. Party traffic, however, only 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on weekdays.

( Wollte Terminbestätigung, weil ich mir nicht sicher war, wann der Termin jetzt ist) . Appointment for the practice drive is outrageously long (several weeks). No response to request by email. (Wanted an appointment confirmation because I wasn't sure when the appointment is now).

Termin in 6 Wochen, obwohl ich der einzige Kunde in dem Buro war und die Dame keine Arbeit hatte! Ture unten gespert und Telefon hebt auch keiner ab! Unmenschlich! It only affects the driver's license exchange department !!!!!!! If I could NOT have a star! Burocracy at the highest level! Appointment in 6 weeks, although I was the only customer in the office and the lady had no work! Locked the door downstairs and no one picks up the phone either! Inhuman!
M	Manuel Wiesinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Respektloses Verhalten von den angeblich hilfsbereiten Polizisten, an die wand stellen mussten wir sich alle was ich von denen gehört hab und ich muss auch Corona Strafe zahlen weil ich in der Wohnung war!! Disrespectful behavior from the supposedly helpful police officers, we all had to face what I heard from them on the wall and I also have to pay a Corona fine because I was in the apartment !!
D	Der Doktor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hätte mir nie gedacht, dass man, schon aus rein physikalischer Sicht, etwas, wie einen Strafregisterauszug, so unfassbar langsam bearbeiten kann. Außerdem reichen anscheinend 5 Angestellte im Bürgerservicebüro nicht aus, trotz reiner Leerlaufzeit der Mitarbeiter, dass man einen Anruf für über 8 Minuten nicht annehmen kann... wahrscheinlich gefällt den gelangweilten Angestellten das Klingeln des Festnetztelefons zu gut! Einfach ein absoluter Witz! Wäre toll, wenn der Bürger-Service, sich auch mal anständig um die Anliegen von Bürgern kümmern würde, statt sich die Zeit mit in die Luft schauen zu vertreiben! I would never have thought that, from a purely physical point of view, something like an extract from the criminal record could be processed so incredibly slowly. In addition, apparently 5 employees in the citizen service office are not enough, in spite of the sheer idle time of the employees that you cannot answer a call for more than 8 minutes ... probably the bored employees like the ringing of the landline phone too much! Just an absolute joke! It would be great if the Citizen Service would take care of citizens' concerns properly, instead of passing the time looking into the air!

Da kannst du sehen wie Beamte arbeiten .....zum kotzen. Alleine schon die Aufschrift "BÜRGERSERVICE " ist schon eine Frechheit in dieser Abteilung.???? PS. 31.03.22 das sind die größten Idi....n!!! Driving license extension: unfriendly officials in the traffic office, arrogant. It's not easy for those who have to go there. Since you can see how officials work ..... to puke. The inscription "CIVIL SERVICE" alone is a cheek in this department.???? hp 03/31/22 these are the biggest Idi....n!!!
A	Attila Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for a driving permit extension. It went very fast, easy and the “Sachbearbeiterin” was nice. In Vienna I couldn’t get an appointment in 2 months and they were terribly rude, here in Schwechat it went within one week from the first phone call to the appointment.
