★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde auf Empfehlung von meinem HNO Arzt in die Filiale Schwechat verwiesen,da ich beim vorhergehenden Konkurrenzunternehmen dieses Mal für neue Hörgeräte nicht gut und vor allem falsch beraten wurde.Was soll ich sagen:Top Beratung,fachliche Kompetenz 1A,rasch,flexibel.Dazu jedes Mal bei den Vorterminen eine gute Portion Humor.In diesen Zeiten leider selten,aber auch immens wichtig.Mein besonderer Dank geht vor allem an Herrn Fleischhacker,den Filialleiter,der mich von Anfang an bis Endabgabe heute betreut hat.Einfach top!Vielen herzlichen Dank!

What can I say: Top advice, professional competence 1A, fast, flexible Sometimes a good dose of humor during the preliminary appointments. Unfortunately seldom at these times, but also immensely important. My special thanks go to Mr. Fleischhacker, the branch manager, who looked after me from the beginning to the final delivery today. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut erreichbar (sowohl öffentlich als auch privat), Service in Ordnung, aber ich hatte das Gefühl, dass ältere Kund*innen nicht wirklich erwünscht sind, da ein Mitarbeiter scheinbar Angst davor hat, dass ein*e Kund*in im Geschäft eingeht.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer will schon Hilfsmittel in seinem Leben...; wenns aber damit besser geht, dann sollten diese auch Sinn machen. Hier beraten,angepasst und eingeschult, höchst zufrieden! Auch für schmälere Geldbörsel wird man entsprechend gut versorgt. Hier nimmt man sich noch ausreichend Zeit für den Kunden.
Aus diesen Gründen wirklich zufrieden.
