S	Stefan B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 Besuch - geschlossen wegen Covid - auf der Homepage war nichts zu sehen, aber zumindest hing draußen ein A4 mit geschlossen bis... 2 Versuch - keine Leute, nichts los, kam auch in Zimmer 202 dran, wo mir gesagt wurde das man einen Termin bräuchte - 10 Minuten Diskussion, ob ich nicht doch vielleicht den Antrag abgeben kann (alles bereits vorab ausgefüllt), aber keine Chance, weil es könnte jemand kommen mit Termin und dann gäbe es einen Rückstau....(weiterhin niemand vor der Tür oder gar in der Nähe) - nach ca 15 Minuten gab ich es auf... Auf meine Frage wo den dies bezüglich der vorab Anmeldung mit Termin zu finden sei, meinte die Dame nur, das es irgenwo auf der Homepage schon zu finden sei, aber halt versteckt....nächster freier Termin wäre am 29.12. und das wo ich am 15.12. dort war. Termin kann aber nur telefonisch vereinbart werden und nicht an Ort und Stelle. (ich hatte schon Tags zuvor versucht jemanden zu erreichen, aber wenn keiner abhebt, hilft das halt auch nichts und ein 3tes mal dorthin wollte ich dann auch nicht) Gut, Liste mit anderen Polizeikommissariaten erhalten(vielen Dank dafür), weil dort scheinbar weniger los ist - statt einem Termin zu erhalten wurde mir im 23ten gesagt ich solle eine Mail schreiben mit Terminvorschlägen, weil Sie können mir nicht sagen, wann der nächste Termin frei ist. TOP - Polizeikommissariat Meidling Habe dort angerufen und ich wurde informiert das man KEINEN Termin für die Abgabe des Antrags benötigt und ich könnte jederzeit zu den Parteienverkehrsöffnungszeiten vorbei kommen. Gesagt getan - hat wunderbar funktioniert. - genau so funktioniert es und alles war in 5 Minuten erledigt. Hoffe ich muss Nie mehr in die Tannengasse und das Online Service wird ausgebaut um sich mit sowas nicht herum ärgern zu müssen. Schlechter Service, bin sehr enttäuscht - zumindest war die Damen freundlich ;)....das war es aber auch schon.... 1 visit - closed due to Covid - there was nothing to be seen on the homepage, but at least there was an A4 outside with closed until ... 2 attempt - no people, nothing going on, got it in room 202, where I was told that an appointment was needed - 10 minutes of discussion whether I might be able to submit the application (everything already filled out in advance), but no chance, because someone could come with an appointment and then there would be a backlog ... (still no one in front of the door or even nearby) - after about 15 minutes I gave up ... When I asked where this can be found with regard to the pre-registration with an appointment, the lady only said that it could already be found somewhere on the homepage, but it was hidden ... the next free appointment would be on December 29th. and that where on December 15th there was. Appointments can only be made by phone and not on the spot. (I had already tried to reach someone the day before, but if nobody picks up, that doesn't help and I didn't want to go there a third time either) Well, I received a list of other police stations (thank you very much for that), because there seems to be less going on there - instead of getting an appointment, I was told on the 23rd to write an email with suggested appointments because you can't tell me when the next appointment is free is. TOP - Meidling Police Department I called there and I was informed that there was NO need for an appointment to submit the application and that I could come by at any time during the opening hours for public transport. No sooner said than done - it worked wonderfully. - that's exactly how it works and everything was done in 5 minutes. Hope I never have to go to Tannengasse again and the online service will be expanded so that I don't have to worry about that. Bad service, I'm very disappointed - at least the ladies were friendly;) .... but that's about it ....
R	Real Ace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist absolut als konstruktive Kritik zu nehmen was für Personen dort angestellt sind und welche Arbeitsmoral dort herrscht. Unfreundlichkeit ist wohl Tagesgebot und um Hilfe braucht man gar nicht bitten, denn selbst die Amtsdirektorin ist unwissend sowie unfähig ihren Tätigkeitsbereich nachzukommen It is absolutely to be taken as constructive criticism what kind of people are employed there and what work ethic prevails there. Unfriendliness is the order of the day and you don't even need to ask for help, because even the official director is ignorant and unable to carry out her area of activity
