Entweder man wird weiterverbunden (ca. 5x), es hebt niemand ab (3x) oder man landet plötzlich in der Zentrale am Schottenring..... Dabei wollte ich doch nur wissen, wo bzw. wann ich eine (für die Versicherung) Anzeigebestätigung meiner Parkschadenmeldung bekommen kann.....Wohne leider nicht mehr in Wien, deshalb der Versuch, dies telefonisch abzuklären - Wirklich frustrierend ! Please never call shortly before 12 noon and ask for information - it ends in a fiasco and you get frustrated. Either you are connected (approx. 5x), nobody picks up (3x) or you suddenly end up in the headquarters at Schottenring ..... But I just wanted to know where and when I would receive a notification (for the insurance company) my parking damage report ... Unfortunately, I no longer live in Vienna, so I tried to clarify this by phone - really frustrating!

Vorher war ich in der Trillergasse, aber dort hätte ich 2 (!!!) Stunden warten müssen. Friendly staff. Hardly wait. Good coffee. The loss report was completed in a few minutes. Before that I was in Trillergasse, but there I would have had to wait 2 (!!!) hours.
