Sehr unfreundlich der Arzt hat einen Stempel vergessen die Mitarbeiterin beschuldigt einen daraufhin das man ein Betrüger ist !!?? Dachte ich höre nicht richtig!! Nie wieder.

Hier gibt es wohl alles was man für Orthopädische Zwecke braucht. BSTÄNDIG ist mittlerweile ein fester Begriff auf diesem Gebiet, mit Filialen in ganz Österreich und einem umfangreichen, meist sofort lieferbaren, Sortiment.

Mitarbeiter haben in den letzten 2 Jahren sehr nachgelassen.. ich komm mit Verordnung und dann wurde mir gesagt das übernimmt die Kasse nicht... und sehr unfreundlich dann geh ich in ein anderen die haben das sofort mit der Kasse verrechnet und da musste ich nichts zahlen also Verlass ist auf die 0 .... und sie wissen nicht was msn bei Sachen gibt obwohl es auf der Verordnung steht ...

Unglaublich unfreundliches, Inkompetentes Personal. Ein einziges Mal eine freundliche Bedienung gehabt in einem Jahr. Danke nie wieder. Es gibt andere Ketten in der Nähe die sich echt Mühe geben. Schade, gerade in so einem Gewerbe sollte der Kunde König sein. Im Gesundheits Sektor kann man sich das scheinbar noch erlauben

Personal grüßt nicht, unterhalten sich und als Kunde wird man ignoriert, stehen gelassen und muss auffordern ob jemand denn vielleicht kommen möchte, auf Nachfrage wo gewünschter Artikel fenn noch lagetnd sein könnte, als Antwort nur "in einer anderen Filiale" erhalten,... kein Kundenservice!!!

Ich bin leider nicht mehr die Jüngste, daher hatte ich schon öfters Bedarf, wegen meiner Knie bzw. deformierten Füße bei Bständig einzukaufen. Ich war und bin immer gut beraten worden und die Qualität der Produkte ist hoch. Günstig ist es zwar nicht, aber wenn man krank ist, ist leider nichts günstig. Ich kann bständig weiterempfehlen.

One big *ONE STAR*. I wasn't able to pick up some order at the Ambulance and they should send it to my home, but I didn't received it. After 2 Months I got the Bill (double price) becouse of they waited 2 months on payment for goods I didn't received. Then they said I received it and didn't paid. That someone from my building took it but without any signature. The lady from Bstandig said when I called that it was Postoffice mistake and that she stoped my bill. After 1 more Month they called and said that they found the order and that I come and pay it. That she made up some excuses like: I wrote a wrong adress/doctor wrote wrong adress( thanks God that I always check everything before I call to avoid sentences like: thant could be a problem, you need to check it first and call later) Then she said that its becouse of Covid 19 (1 Month of waiting) and I orderd sth from Germany and it came 1 day later. She laughed at it and said: yeah, yeah sure. Unprofessional and rude, they always after 10mins of conversation forwaeding my call to "colleauge". They have a billion colleagues! ^^ I waited for 1hour and 30mins on "colleague" and in the end she said that I need to pick it uo and pay or they will send every month extra fees on payment till i pick it up. I asked if there is any place where I can talk to someone i person when I have a problem and she said : No. They only have stores where you can buy things and all your complaints you can ONLY express by writting an Email. And yeah summary: they can make you wait till you get old and then send you a Bill and you have only 1 option: to pay and shut up :) and they will say they are sorry and thats my fault on nice way and that covid 19 slowed it down blabla..If they are sorry for customers they would at least leave me alone. As always they will answear my complain with sth like every company do, and say that it was consumer fault, mistake or sth like that like she does in call . She made a billion excuses and tries to pin everything on me. If you really need sth you wont need it after few months ofc, you will buy it somewhere else. One big Joke! Just hate this company and I will try to avoid them from now on.
