Doch in jedem Bereich in diesen Gericht, sind Alle aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich angesprochen und verstanden. Ein Dankeschön, für die tollen Leute! First of all, I have to praise the lady at the front desk, she is very friendly and does her job great. But in every area of this dish, everyone is attentive, helpful and you feel addressed and understood. Thank you for the great people!

Man macht mit seinem Leben weiter und dann erfährt man, von anderen Ämter, daß die Dokumente nicht gültig sind (und das die gewöhnt sind, daß die Dokumente nicht gestempelt herausgegeben werden vom Bezirksgericht), weil sie keinen Stempel haben. Dann geht man hin und man wird so behandelt, als ob man selbst den Fehler gemacht hat. Ich denke, da muss noch viel verbessert werden. Die Menschen haben auch nicht jeden Tag Zeit für die Fehler vom Gericht, Magistrat und Co. mehrmals für die selben Dokumente herum zu "hirschen". Es kann doch nicht sein, daß es um immer wieder die selben Fehler und missverhalten geht und daß es einfach akzeptiert wird. Anstatt es einfacher zu machen, wird es "absichtlich" schwieriger gemacht. Bitte bitte verbessern. Wird sind hier in der EU, um Himmels willen. You get divorced, then you get the documents. You go on with your life and then you learn from other offices that the documents are not valid (and that they are used to the fact that the documents are not issued stamped by the district court) because they have no stamp. Then you go there and you are treated as if you made the mistake yourself. I think there is still a lot to be improved. People also do not have time every day for the mistakes of the court, magistrate and co. To "deer" several times for the same documents. It cannot be that the same mistakes and misconduct are always involved and that it is simply accepted. Instead of making it easier, it is made more difficult "on purpose". Please please improve. We are here in the EU for God's sake.

Unzufriedene inkompetete Richterin - hat mit Justiz und Recht nichtmal ansatzweise zu tun. Noch dazu eine vergammelte alte Bude. Selbstjustiz ist sinnvoller als auch nur eine Minute in diesem Haus... Violence against children and women is simply ignored - the victims should simply get psychological help. Bottom drawer. Dissatisfied incompetent judge - has nothing to do with justice and law. Ich bin höflich zurückhaltend gewesen und nicht nah genug an die Sicherheitsschleuse herangetreten und auch nicht schnell genug hinein gegangen. "No brauchens a extra Einladung. Soll i sie durchtrogn" Auf meinen Hinweis, sie soll mir doch sagen was sie möchte, dreht sie sich weg und sagt zu ihrem Kollegen: "den ganzen Tog wor nix und dann kommt der daher". Top, wirklich! Ich erwarte mir nicht viel am Bezirksgericht Floridsdorf aber ein bisschen eine Grundhöflichkeit und einen Grundrespekt schon. The lady at the security gate is so unfriendly for no reason. I was politely cautious and didn't get close enough to the security gate or go in fast enough. "No need an extra invitation. Should I go through with it?" When I pointed out that she should tell me what she would like, she turns away and says to her colleague: "The whole tog was nothing and then it comes along". Great, really! I don't expect much at the Floridsdorf District Court, but a bit of basic courtesy and respect.
m	monica resch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warte seit drei Wochen auf eine Kopie meines Scheidungsvergleiches um den ich schriftlich eingereicht habe.Nach telefonischer Nachfrage wird mir mehr als unfreundlich gesagt man hätte zur Zeit einen riesigen Durcheinander bei den Akten und könne es nicht finden.Und überhaupt hätte die Dame am Telefon keine Zeit sich um meine Angelegenheit zu kümmern!? Was soll das?Ich brauche meine Unterlagen mehr als dringend und werde nur genervt und im höchsten Maße unprofessionell und unfreundlich abgewimmelt. Was für eine Schande für diese Behörde! Frau Sünder nahm sich viel Zeit für meine fragen und hat mir alles sehr gut erklärt. Die Dame war bei mir sehr freundlich, nahezu herzlich!...so etwas findet man nicht oft! I had asked about adult representatives and had a phone call with Ms. Sünder. Mrs. Sünder took a lot of time to answer my questions and explained everything to me very well. The lady was very friendly with me, almost cordial! ... You don't often find something like that!
