★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestern hatte ich während meines Urlaubes eine Panne an meinem Mountainbike. Herr Pointner hat mit viel Sachverstand und enormen Servicebewusstsein mein Problem lösen können. Die Reparatur konnte bis zum nächsten Tag erledigt werden. Man hat sich auch noch Zeit genommen und Fragen zum angebotenen E-BIKE Sortiment fachmännisch beantwortet. Top Sevice, Top Mannschaft! Ich kann das Geschäft mit seinem Personal nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Yesterday I had a breakdown on my mountain bike during my vacation. Mr. Pointner was able to solve my problem with a lot of expertise and enormous service awareness. The repair could be done by the next day. They also took the time to answer questions about the offered E-BIKE range professionally. Top service, top team! I highly recommend the shop and its staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den Steuersatz meines MTB hat es im Urlaub zerlegt. Ein neuer wurde innerhalb eines Tages eingebaut - ohne Termin und Vorankündigung.
Sehr aufmerksam: Die Bremse wurde als Serviceleistung eingestellt und der etwas marode Zug der Federgabelremote getauscht, ohne dass ich darauf hingewiesen hatte.
Sehr nette Menschen im Laden vom Mechaniker (der Chef schraubt selbst) bis zum Mitarbeiter im Geschäft/ an der Kasse.
All das zu einem sehr fairen Kurs.
Urlaub gerettet! Vielen Dank und weiter so!
It disassembled my MTB's tax rate on vacation. A new one was installed within a day - without an appointment and without notice.
Very attentive: The brake was discontinued as a service and the somewhat ramshackle pull of the suspension fork remote was exchanged without my having indicated it.
Very nice people in the shop from the mechanic (the boss screws himself) to the employee in the shop / at the cash register.
All of this at a very fair rate.
Vacation saved! Thanks and keep it up!
