Nach einem kurzen Erstgespräch in welche Richtung es mit dem neuen Rad gehen soll, bekam ich bereits einen Termin mit einem ausführlichen Beratungsgespräch. Dabei geht Stefan auf alle individuellen Wünsche ein und nimmt alle Körpermaße für die richtige Rahmengröße/Vorbaulänge/Sattelbreite auf. Zuerst hatte ich immer Skepsis, dass das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis im Kleinbetrieb mit den großen Onlineversandhändlern wie Canyon/Rose nicht mithalten kann, aber schlussendlich bekam ich ein auf mich zugeschnittenes Fahrrad mit Top-Komponenten zu einem absolut fairen Preis und einem Beratungsgespräch, das seinesgleichen sucht. Darüber hinaus werden alle Feineinstellungen (Sattelhöhe, Dämpferdruck, Cockpit) vor Ort eingestellt und man hat einen Ansprechpartner für zukünftige Service. Nach circa zwei Wochen konnte ich mein Mountainbike bereits mein eigen nennen und ich bin rundum zufrieden. Fortunately, when I was looking for a new mountain bike, a relative drew my attention to the Wallinger bicycle service. After a brief initial discussion in which direction the new bike should go, I already got an appointment with a detailed consultation. Stefan responds to all individual requests and records all body measurements for the correct frame size / stem length / saddle width. At first I was always skeptical that the price / performance ratio in a small business could not keep up with the big online mail order companies like Canyon / Rose, but in the end I got a bike that was tailored to me with top components at an absolutely fair price and a consultation that is second to none . In addition, all fine adjustments (saddle height, damper pressure, cockpit) are set on site and you have a contact person for future service. After about two weeks I was able to call my mountain bike my own and I am completely satisfied.
