★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren Stammkunden, aber aufeinmal hat der Mitarbeiter über Telefon begonnen zu diskutieren, weil wir eine Wunschpizza wollten. So sicher nicht :) An der Kundenfreundlichkeit müsste gearbeitet werden. Man fühlt sich nicht mehr wohl als Kunde.
Früher war die Pizza besser, weil mehr Belag war und Notizen wurden nicht ignoriert. Letztens wollte ich Pasta mit Vollkornspaghetti, habe 2€ extra gezahlt und normale Spaghetti bekommen.
Schade :-)
 Were regular customers, but suddenly the employee started a discussion over the phone because we wanted a pizza of our choice. Certainly not :) The customer friendliness should be worked on. You no longer feel comfortable as a customer.
Pizza used to be better because there were more toppings and notes weren't ignored. Recently I wanted pasta with wholemeal spaghetti, paid 2€ extra and got normal spaghetti.
Pity :-)
