 very helpful and competent. My old HP laptop is working again ?. The repair paid off and the price was really good after I had asked two other workshops beforehand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe einen Akku tauschen lassen. War nach 3 und halb Wochen wieder kaputt. Trotz der angeblichen einmonatigen Garantie wurde mein Akku nicht gratis ausgetauscht und mir erklärt meine momentane akkuleistung sei ja ausreichend.
Nachtrag: Die „Rechnung“, die ich erhalten habe war lediglich ein Bankomatbeleg auf dem nicht einmal der Name des Unternehmens vermerkt war. Nachdem ich am selben Tag ein Paket abgeholt habe, kann ich beweisen dass die Reparatur am 11.2. erfolgt ist. Ich befinde mich also innerhalb der Garantie. Der Verkäufer hat also entweder die Verrechnung nicht ins System eingetragen oder mich schlicht belogen. Beidenfalls höchst unprofessionell. Wenn die Akkuleistung bereits nach 2 Wochen nachlässt, spricht das nicht für die Qualität der verwendeten Ware. Jeder der schon mal Probleme mit Akkus hatte, weiß dass auch bei 99% der Akku rasant schneller sinkt als normal.
Had a battery replaced. Broke again after 3 and a half weeks. Despite the alleged one-month guarantee, my battery was not replaced free of charge and I was told that my current battery performance was sufficient.
Addendum: The "invoice" I received was just an ATM receipt that didn't even mention the name of the company. Having picked up a package the same day, I can prove that the repair was made on 2/11. has taken place. So I'm under warranty. So the seller either didn't enter the billing into the system or simply lied to me. Either way, highly unprofessional. If the battery performance decreases after only 2 weeks, this does not speak for the quality of the goods used. Anyone who has ever had problems with batteries knows that even at 99% the battery drops rapidly faster than normal.
