★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get my phone's speakers repaired. The guy put a transparent plaster on my phone's back cover at the hole of the speaker, what made the sound distorted, and replaced it "for free" to an over used, ugly one. Of course he took mine what was in perfect condition. In charge I had to rate the shop with 5 stars right there, and leave a positive comment. In the normal Drei shop it turned out what really happened. Not enough he did this, but had no intention to give back any of my money when he got busted, moreover he demanded me to bring back the back cover he gave, (not like I'd need it in that condition) as soon as the official service changed it back to my own. What made the only positive impression was that at least he gave back my original back cover with no debate. Better to avoid that shop, everyone, or at least be very careful.
