The solar system was incorrectly installed 12 years ago and has been requiring annual maintenance since then. Company is absolutely not to be recommended!

Auf Nachfrage meinerseits, wann denn nun jemand käme - ich blieb extra von der Arbeit zuhause - wurde mir von einem Mitarbeiter gar nichts dazu erklärt. Das Angebot eine Woche später zu kommen, - im Schlafzimmer hat es weiterhin 15 Grad - ist eine Frechheit. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Inkompetenz in Reinform! Incomprehensible!! After talking back and forth on the phone, the company finally makes an appointment and then just doesn't come. When I asked when someone was coming - I stayed home from work - an employee didn't explain anything to me. The offer to come a week later - it is still 15 degrees in the bedroom - is a cheek. I have never experienced anything like it! Incompetence in its purest form!
