Das Ergebnis der Testung von Vortag um 19 Uhr kam also heute um ca.17 Uhr 30.. Das Ergebnis vom Test um 14 Uhr ist immer noch nicht da. Am Telefon bekommt man dazu nur eine unfreundliche Antwort. Völliges Chaos dort... Long waiting times on the phone. Yesterday we were testing at 1 p.m. AND at 7 p.m. Because this test is only valid for 48 hours in Vienna. The result of the test from the previous day at 7 p.m. came today at around 5:30 p.m. The result of the test at 2 p.m. is still not there. On the phone you only get an unfriendly answer. Total chaos there ...

Gesamtes Verhalten des Unternehmens ist typisch für einen Quasi-Monopolbetrieb . Poorly organized and the results take a week in the mail. Encoded mail is not possible. The company's overall behavior is typical of a quasi-monopoly operation.

Danke für euren Einsatz! Leider wissen das wohl nicht alle zu schätzen. Auch wenn ihr dafür bezahlt werdet, sollte man trotzdem die hohen Schwankungen (Sommer / Winter) mitbedenken, wenn man Rezensionen schreibt. Trotzdem finde ich es schade, dass (laut Rezensionen) wohl am Telefon recht unfreundlich agiert wird. Evtl immer dieselbe Person? March 2021: friendly and very fast on site January 10th, 2022: PCR test carried out due to suspicion in Teststrasse Klessheim and the result was there quickly. Thank you for your commitment! Unfortunately, not everyone appreciates that. Even if you get paid for it, you should still consider the high fluctuations (summer / winter) when writing reviews. Nevertheless, I think it's a shame that (according to reviews) people are very unfriendly on the phone. Possibly always the same person?

Die absolut fehlende Bereitschaft die Angelegenheit für beide Seiten zufriedenstellen zu lösen lässt leider auf Zweiteres schließen… Unfortunately, this laboratory charges for services that were not provided - unfortunately I cannot judge whether this was an isolated case for me or whether this is done systematically. The absolute lack of willingness to solve the matter satisfactorily for both sides unfortunately leads to the second conclusion...
V	Verena Denk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben dringend auf ein PCR-Ergebnis gewartet. Da es relativ lange dauerte, habe ich bei medilab angerufen. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor- und Nachname wurden vertauscht und es sollte innerhalb von 20 Minuten korrigiert werden. War es dann aber nicht und weil es schon nach 17h war, habe ich ein Mail geschrieben. Dann habe ich tatsächlich nach 18h noch einen Rückruf und das Ergebnis bekommen. Ich war beeindruckt und sehr dankbar für das Engagement. Dass sich sogar zu Omikron-Zeiten für Einzelfälle Zeit genommen wird, ist ganz und gar nicht selbstverständlich. We were urgently waiting for a PCR result. Since it was taking a relatively long time, I called medilab. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. First and last name has been swapped and it should be corrected within 20 minutes. But it wasn't and because it was already after 5 p.m., I wrote an email. Then I actually got a call back after 6 p.m. and the result. I was impressed and very grateful for the commitment. It is by no means a matter of course that even in Omicron times time is taken for individual cases.

Trotz der aktuell für jeden äußerst schwierigen und nervenzehrenden Situation war vor Ort wirklich jede einzelne Person (Wachdienst, welcher beim Eingang kontrolliert hat/Anmeldung/Arzt bei der Blutabnahme) extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Heute musste ich telefonisch bezüglich meines Blutergebnisses beim Labor anrufen. Auch hier war die Dame am Telefon sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Danke dafür! At the beginning of January I went to the laboratory of Dr. Mustafa/Dr. Judge. Despite the currently extremely difficult and nerve-wracking situation for everyone, every single person on site (security guard who checked at the entrance/registration/doctor taking blood) was extremely friendly and courteous. Today I had to call the lab to get my blood results. Again, the lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for that!

Der Doktor Michael C. war äußerst freundlich und sehr bemüht, ich habe absolut gar nichts von der Nadel gespürt, es war die angenehmste Blutabnahme meines Lebens. Der Arzt war auch sehr symphatisch und war gut gelaunt. Weiß ich sehr zu schätzen! Auch die Empfangsdamen und Türsteher waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein ganz großes Danke an alle! 5 Sterne und komme gerne wieder wenn ich was brauche. I had a blood draw today. Doctor Michael C. was extremely friendly and tried very hard, I felt absolutely nothing from the needle, it was the most pleasant blood test of my life. The doctor was also very personable and in a good mood. I really appreciate it! The receptionists and bouncers were also very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to everyone! 5 stars and I'll be back if I need anything.

I was really sad and upset because of the response of one of your employee, She was racist and unprofessional, She answered me with a tone.. And when I told her to lower her voice, she said I'm talking out loud to understand me!!! Is that an answer?!!! And the worst part is when she told me she couldn't found my country! Are you from Israel! I'm so upset about this whole experience!!
