★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Wanderung von St. Siegmund. Vom Parkplatz ca 2,5 Stunden bis zur Hütte und ca 1,5 Stunden zurück. Traumhafter Wanderweg durch das Tal mit wunderschönen Ausblicken. Urige Hütte mit nettem Personal und super Speisen. Auf alle Fälle ein Empfehlung wert.
 Very nice hike from St. Siegmund. From the parking lot about 2.5 hours to the hut and about 1.5 hours back. Fantastic hiking trail through the valley with wonderful views. Quaint hut with nice staff and great food. Definitely worth a recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Hütte, toll gelegen, sehr leckeres Essen, sehr netter und umsichtiger Wirt und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Wir sind von Praxmar gekommen und haben im Lager geschlafen. Das Lager ist sehr geräumig, mit Regalen und super Boxen für Kram … ich kann die Hütte sehr empfehlen ?
Great hut, great location, very tasty food, very nice and prudent host and very attentive staff. We came from Praxmar and slept in the camp. The warehouse is very spacious, with shelves and great boxes for stuff ... I can highly recommend the hut ?

Großes Minus für uns waren die Preise. 39 Euro Halbpension + ca 20 Euro Übernachtung sind schon krass für ein Hüttenerlebnis und das noch ohne Getränke. Da macht einen Russ (7euro) trinken nur halb soviel Spaß. Ich finden ein einfaches gutes Essen hätte es auch getan. Immerhin ist man in den Bergen...
Hut great! Location great! Staff great!
Big minus for us were the prices. 39 euros half-board + approx. 20 euros for an overnight stay are crass for a hut experience and that even without drinks. Drinking a soot (7 euros) is only half the fun. I think a simple good meal would have done the trick. After all, you are in the mountains...
