Nach einem ausführlichen Persönlichen Gespräch wurden für meinen Vater Betreuer gesucht . Sollte ich Frau Idriceanu mal benötigen ist sie immer erreichbar oder ich werde in kurzer Zeit zurück gerufen. Es war nicht einfach sich durch die Vielzahl an Agenturen ein gutes Bild machen zu können, aber schlussendlich kann ich sagen dass wir mit unserer Entscheidung mehr als zufrieden sind. Frau Idriceanu konnte uns in jedem Anliegen was die Pflege und Betreuung meines Vaters angeht super beraten und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Es wirklich erleichternd wenn man jemanden an seiner Seite weiß der sich auskennt. Vor allem wenn auch in schwierigen Situationen nach Lösungen gesucht wird und Verständnis gezeigt wird. Sie stand uns mit Rat und Tat zu Seite und gab uns Tips was Förderungen angeht. Ich glaube dass die PflegePerle eine Firma ist die Ihre Sache gut macht und empfehle sie gerne weiter.
