★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht verlässlich, Termin wurde nicht eingehalten obwohl ich mir 1Stunde extra freigenommen habe, und beim Versuch einen Ersatztermin zu organisieren wurde der gute Herr am Telefon auch noch frech. Wundert mich, dass man solche Leute auf Kunden los lässt. Hab kein gutes Gefühl bei dieser Firma, wenn schon die Besichtigung nicht funktioniert und man gegenüber Kunden sich so pampig verhält, wie gestaltet sich dann das Bauvorhaben :-( Bau von Pool und Terrasse wird anderweitig vergeben.
Unfortunately not reliable, the appointment was not kept even though I took an extra hour off, and when I tried to organize an alternative appointment, the good man on the phone got cheeky. I am surprised that people like that are let loose on customers. Do not have a good feeling with this company, if the tour does not work and you behave so sluggishly towards customers, how is the construction project then :-( Construction of the pool and terrace will be outsourced.
