★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cegnel tobb mint 300 euro regisztraciot kell fizetni ( levonjak a fizetesbol ).
En beajanlottam az egyik baratomat, a baratom mar a sokadik turnusat csinalja a cegnel, de nekem meg mindig nem fizettek ki a 75 euros beajanlasi penzt !
A ceges buszert fizetni kell ! ( csak ausztrian belul ingyenes )
Az irodatol az apolok nem varhatnak sok segitseget.
Az iroda vagy folveszi a telefont, vagy nem. Neha irnak smst, hogy visszahivnak, de nem hivnak !
Emailre vagy valaszolnak, vagy nem !
A beosztasodat barmikor megvaltoztathatjak !
Nem ajanlom a ceget !!!!
Kuldtem emailt a megadott email cimre, de Kati csak annyit irt, hogy o nem kompetens ebben es
tovabbkuldi az irodanak.
A ceg meg mindig nem fizetett ki !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben in einer Ruck Zuck Aktion eine 24 Stunden Betreuung gesucht und gebraucht. Nach nur einem Telephonat mit dem Gebietsbetreuer Herr L. waren wir uns einig. Preisgestalltung, Abwicklung, Verträge etc. transparent, klar gut verständlich auch für ältere Personen (Schwiedereltern sind 89 und 90) Die beiden Betreuerinnen waren wunderbar und eine große Hilfe und Erleichterung für die ganze Familie. Wir können diese Agentur und die Mitarbeiter nur wärmstens empfehlen.

We have in a Ruck Zuck action a 24 hour care wanted and needed. After only one telephone conversation with the Area Manager Mr. L., we agreed. Price structuring, handling, contracts, etc. transparent, clearly understandable even for older people (parents are 89 and 90) The two carers were wonderful and a great help and relief for the whole family. We highly recommend this agency and staff.

Irtam Mar emailt a Katinak meg az osztrak irodanak is.
( Angelika az osztrak fonok tud mindenrol, sajnos tobb honapja varok a penzemre.)
320 eurot vonnak le a fizetesbol, regisztracios dijkent, nagyon lehuzzak az embert.
Olvastam a Katinak a posztlyat, hogy milyen juttatasokat ad a ceg.
Az egyik volt kollegam tobb mint 3 eve van a cegnel, soha nem kapott bonuszt vagy mas extra penzt a cura domotol. Jot mosolyogtam a posztrol.
En mar azzal is meg lennek elegedve, ha kifizetne a ceg.
Ha ott hagyod a cura domot, nem zarjak be a vallalkozoidat, kib***nak veled.
Fizetheted az osztrak allamnak tovabb a TB - t.
A Katinak ezekrol a dolgokrol tajekoztatnia kellene a belepoket!

Nach einem etwas durchwachsenen Start der Pflege meiner Mutter bei 2 anderen Agenturen zu Beginn, sind wir einer persönlichen Empfehlung aus der Nachbarschaft gefolgt und so zu Cura Domo gekommen. Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung, vor allem der österreichische Regionalleiter hat uns bei allen Anmeldeformalitäten unterstützt.
Ich kann die Agentur nur empfehlen!
We have had our two carers of Cura Domo for almost two years and can hardly estimate the help of the two ladies enough. After a somewhat mixed start of the care of my mother at two other agencies at the beginning, we followed a personal recommendation from the neighborhood and came to Cura Domo. Price / performance is OK, especially the Austrian regional manager has supported us with all registration formalities.
I can only recommend the agency!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann ich sehr empfehlen, meine Mutter wird bereits seit 5 Monaten von 2 Damen abwechselnd gepflegt. Bei der ersten Pflegerin hat die "Chemie" zwischen meiner Mutter und ihr nicht gepasst, nach kurzer Rücksprache mit dem Regionalleiter kam es aber zu einem schnellen und unkomplizierten Austausch. Seitdem sind sowohl meine Mutter als auch ich sehr zufrieden.
Sehr nettes Team lokal im Büro.
Can I highly recommend, my mother is already alternately cared for 5 months by 2 ladies. With the first nurse, the "chemistry" between my mother and her did not fit, but after a short consultation with the regional manager, there was a quick and uncomplicated exchange. Since then both my mother and I are very satisfied.
Very nice team locally in the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Mutter wurde von den 24 h - Pflegerinnen drei Monate bestens betreut. Verlässlichkeit, absolute Transparenz bei den Kosten und die ständige Erreichbarkeit des Institutes waren immer gegeben. Die Pflegekräfte sprachen gut bis sehr gut deutsch und hatten sehr viel Einfühlungsvermögen. Es gibt am Markt im Pflegebereich sicher viele schwarze Schafe. Cura domo gehört nicht zu den billigsten Anbietern, aber die Qualität macht den geringen Mehrpreis allemal wett. Ich kann cura domo nur empfehlen!
My mother was well looked after by the 24 hour nurses for three months. Reliability, absolute transparency in terms of costs and constant availability of the institute were always given. The nurses spoke good to very good German and had a lot of empathy. There are certainly many black sheep in the care sector. Cura domo is not one of the cheapest providers, but the quality makes up for the small additional price. I can only recommend cura domo!
