Großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter... da können sich andere ein Beispiel nehmen wie das zu sein hat. Jederzeit gerne wieder!!!
Very friendly staff! I have been there twice so far and I will have my parcels sent there in the future too !! All in all, a quick and uncomplicated process! Big compliments to the staff ... others can take an example of how it should be. Again any time!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte ein Paket mit dem Fahrrad abholen, und obwohl der Inhalt nicht allzu groß war, passte der Karton nicht in meine Tasche. Der Mitarbeiter, mit dem ich sprach, war sehr nett und akzeptierte, den Karton zu behalten, und half mir beim Auspacken, damit der Inhalt in mein Fahrrad passte. Extrem nett und rücksichtsvoll, kann ich sehr empfehlen :)
I wanted to pick up a package on my bike and although the contents weren't too big, the box didn't fit in my pocket. The member of staff I spoke to was very nice and accepted to keep the box and helped me unpack it so that the contents would fit in my bike. Extremely nice and considerate, I highly recommend :)
