Sie achten auf die genaue Ausführung der einzelnen Übungen. Man wird wirklich super betreut! Das Training ist jedes Mal die Hölle, aber ich verspreche Euch, dass Ihr das Crossfit Pantheon mit einem strahlenden Lächeln verlassen werdet. Das beste Training, das ich bisher gemacht habe! Man kann den Fortschritt, bei regelmäßigen Besuch, förmlich sehen! Auch die Trainingspartner sind alle nette, hochmotivierte Leute, die einen anspornen, über sich selbst hinauszuwachsen. Man fühlt sich wirklich, als würde man mit Freunden trainieren! Auch funktionale Aufwärm-, Dehn- und Technikübungen kommen nicht zu kurz. Alles in allem eine absolut zu empfehlende Crossfit-Box! A great crossfit box! The team, Claudia, Johannes, Achim, Alex and John, is highly professional, friendly and motivating. You pay attention to the exact execution of the individual exercises. You are really well looked after! Training is hell every time, but I promise you will leave the Crossfit Pantheon with a bright smile. The best workout I've ever done! You can literally see the progress with regular visits! The training partners are all nice, highly motivated people who inspire you to outgrow yourself. You really feel like exercising with friends! Functional warm-up, stretching and technique exercises are also not neglected. All in all an absolutely recommendable crossfit box!
