 Construction worked well but if you need something afterwards no chance. Disappointed absolutely no customer service !!

Von der Beratung und Planung bis hin zur Ausführung waren wir sehr zufrieden mit Herrn Onzek und seinem Team! Unser 30 Jahre alter (vorher gefliester) Pool erstrahlt nun in neuem Glanz - samt wunderschönen Dach!
Great service and experienced professionals in action!
From the consultation and planning to the execution we were very satisfied with Mr. Onzek and his team! Our 30 year old (previously tiled) pool now shines in new splendor - including beautiful roof!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muss mich leider einigen der anderen Personen hier anschließen. Während der Angebots- und Bauphase sehr gute, schnelle und reaktive Betreuung. Ich hatte jedoch bereits in der ersten Saison (noch Gewährleistung) einen Defekt an der Gegenstromanlage die dadurch nicht mehr nutzbar war. Trotz mehrmaligem Anrufen, schriftlichen Kontaktieren, etc.. wurde der Defekt den ganzen Sommer über nicht behoben. Wäre wahrscheinlich 30 min Arbeit gewesen. Bei Anruf wird nicht mehr abgehoben, es gibt keine Rückrufe, etc....
Nachbetreuung sehr schlecht und unprofessionell. Würde dort nicht nochmal so ein Projekt machen.
Unfortunately I have to join some of the other people here. Very good, fast and reactive support during the offer and construction phase. However, I already had a defect in the countercurrent system in the first season (still under warranty), which meant that it could no longer be used. Despite repeated calls, written contacts, etc .. the defect was not repaired throughout the summer. Would have probably been 30 minutes of work. When a call is made, the phone is no longer answered, there are no callbacks, etc ...
Aftercare was very poor and unprofessional. Wouldn't do a project like that again there.
