nie mehr wieder, weder Einkauf, Service oder sonst etwas..........
Ich hatte einen Kostenvoranschlag für die Rep. eines Saugroboters über EUR 400,00 (Anschaffungswert des Gerätes EUR 850,00 vor 4 Jahren) für das neue Kabel. Nach meiner Ablehnung zur Reparatur, habe ich festgestellt, dass eine Phase des Kabels nicht verbunden war. Zeitaufwand in Eigenregie 10min. Gerät läuft wieder.

I had a cost estimate for the repair of a vacuum robot for EUR 400.00 (purchase price of the device EUR 850.00 4 years ago) for the new cable. After my refusal to repair, I found that one phase of the cable was not connected. Time required on your own 10min. Device is running again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann nur sagen nicht empfehlungswert, hab online einen Termin ausgemacht, als ich dann zu diesen sogenannten Termin nach Graz fuhr, wusste der Berater von nix, hat dann widerwillig doch meine Daten und Wünsche aufgeschrieben! Hab seitdem nichts mehr von ihm gehört, kein Angebot, keine Nachricht... Mittlerweile schon 4Wochen her!
Can only say not recommended, I made an appointment online, when I drove to Graz for this so-called appointment, the consultant knew nothing about it, but then reluctantly wrote down my data and wishes! Haven't heard from him since then, no offer, no message... 4 weeks now!
