The lady working there was not friendly at all she was rude and impolite i left even though i was planning to stay ,, the same thing happened to the people standing on line behind me .. honestly if your having a bad day you should take a day off sweetie not take it out on customers ..

A really nice place with very friendly people.. There was an extra charge at 60 euro for final cleaning that we had not been informed about.. Other than that we had a very good experience.

Really nice location. Friendly and very comfortable. Even the entry to the local spa (which has itself my clear recommendation!) Is included.

Very luxurious rooms. Great and friends service. Not perfect: slippery parking and no heated lockers for ski equipment. Good breakfast though.

We went there 30 min before they opened and asked one of the staff if we can enter the place and she showed us where we can sit, suddenly one of the staff came out from the other side shouted badly without any respect and asked us to move another one did the same thing from the other side!!! They didn’t even listened to us she asked us if we read the posters which were written in Dutch!!! We just left without even looking back, very bad attitude and zero customer service! you can see from their replies on the comments.

Location of the hotel is ok if you have a car. Rooms are cosy and clean. However, there are few things I believe can be improved, specially if hotel is claiming to be 4* class. 1) parking - we arrived in the evening, parking lot was dark as well as the road from parking to our room - you need to use torch to see where u're going. Also, parking is muddy so count on dirty shoes and I would suggest to pack into backpack (instead of a suitcase), it will be easier to carry around. 2) breakfast - it is way below average, we got a plate prepared on our table with 4 pieces of ham, salami, cheese (1 per person). You can ask for more if you want, but the trick is - you always need to ask. We got a cup of coffee per person and again, if you want more you need to ask. If you prefer tea over coffee you need to ask. If you want extra piece of bread, you need to ask. In the end you spend half of your breakfast asking for more cheese, more bread, more coffee, which is quite annoying. Also, you are offered 1 egg per person for breakfast - and you can't choose the way it is prepared. No vegetables are served whatsoever. I understand that each place has certain ways of serving breakfast etc. and I don't want to be too hard on them but for a hotel that is claiming to be 4* category and charging 4* prices I would also expect 4* service, which was not the case. On the top of it - we paid for our stay the evening before leaving in cash to the owner, she said the invoice will be prepared when we check out - it was not. We were in hurry to get to the slopes so forgot to ask for it but again I think it should not be the responsibility of the customer to ask for invoice, it should be automatically given to you once you pay your bill.

This place is a real gem very close to Kaprun. Rooms are excellent, everything was brand-new and in excellent condition when we were there, the rooms are located around a horse-stable. There are Lamas, Alpacas, Rabbits and Dogs living on premises. Excellent.

· We didn׳t ENJOY AT ALL - pictures do NOT reflect the reality. It is poorly managed, not clean enough and the access with luggage from the parking to the rooms is very far and uncomfortable. The owner of the hotel gives the visiters an horrible treat and totally ruins the experience!! The place is terrible! It is located above a horse stable and there are tons of flies around and In the rooms. In addition, there is no access from the parking to the rooms by car. You have to carry your suitcases in a 50 meters dirt way. The pictures do NOT reflect the poor reality. Save yourself from an horrible experience!!! HOST IS RUDE AND YELLING AT CUSTOMERS!!!!!! WORST HOTEL WE'VE BEEN TO
