N	Naser Abu walled on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكنت فيه لمده 8 ايام وللامانه المنزل جميل والاطلاله كذلك ..ويعيبه صاحب المنزل نمساوي كبير بالسن من اصل كرواتي عنصري باتجاه العرب والمسلمين حسب تعاملي وحديثي معه وكثير التدقيق على الداخل والخارج من االشقه ويشيك على الزياله لاانصح السكن معله وخاصتا من معاه اطفال .. I lived in it for 8 days. Honestly, the house is beautiful, and the views are also .. and the old Austrian house owner defects him. Of racist Croatian origin towards the Arabs and Muslims According to my dealings and conversations with him, and a lot of internal scrutiny And the outside of the flat and imminent removal I do not recommend housing, especially with children.
S	Sabrina van de Winkel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben 10 Tage im Haus Stefan verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Familie ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat drei Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche und ein Badezimmer plus separates WC. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große Balkon mit unverbautem Blick in die Berge und zum Kitzsteinhorn. Den Garten kann man übrigens mitnutzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, zwei TV Geräte, WLAN, Gefrierfach etc. Die Bahn, die nach Zell am See oder Kaprun fährt, ist nur 10 Fußminuten entfernt, zum Bus ebenfalls. In der Nähe befinden sich ebenfalls viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt im Haus Stefan und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles! We spent 10 days in the Stefan house and felt very comfortable. The family is very nice and very helpful. The apartment has three bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom plus separate toilet. Of particular note is the large balcony with an unobstructed view of the mountains and the Kitzsteinhorn. You can also use the garden. The apartment is very well equipped, two TV sets, WiFi, freezer, etc. The train that goes to Zell am See or Kaprun is only a 10-minute walk away, as is the bus. There are also many shops nearby. We had a great stay at Haus Stefan and would love to come back. Thank you for everything!

Die Besitzer waren super nett und hilfsbereit und haben sich sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Ferienwohnung war tip top und der Ausblick vom Balkon war traumhaft schön. Defintiv eine Top Unterkunft! Ich würde 6 Sterne geben wenn ich könnte :) We stayed at Haus Stefan for a week during the Whitsun holidays and had a wonderful holiday there. The owners were super nice and helpful and tried very hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment was great and the view from the balcony was amazing. Definitely a top accommodation! I would give 6 stars if I could :)

Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und großzügig. Unsere Kinder haben sich, genau wie wir, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen. Zum Einkaufen nur ein Katzensprung und zur Bushaltestelle nur 5 Minuten. Bus und Bahn konnten wir dank der Gästekarte kostenlos nutzen. Und der Ausblick auf die Berge vom Balkon aus ist traumhaft. Wir kommen wieder. We were here with our 2 children for 12 days on summer vacation. I can't understand the 1-star rating beforehand in any way. The hosts are very, very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Our children, just like us, felt very comfortable. The apartment is very conveniently located. Only a stone's throw to shopping and only 5 minutes to the bus stop. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use buses and trains free of charge. And the view of the mountains from the balcony is fantastic. We will be back.

Sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, unfassbar nette und herzliche Eigentümer! Super toll eingerichtet, mit allem was das Herz begehrt! Für Flugzeugbegeisterte gibt es kostenlos den Blick auf den Anflug des nahegelegenen Flugplatzes, ansonsten kann man einen wunderbaren Bergblick (bis zum Kitzsteinhorn) genießen! Danke an Familie Matjanec für den tollen Urlaub ? I was there a few weeks ago to explore the area in advance. Very, very nice accommodation in a very quiet location, incredibly nice and warm owners! Super well furnished, with everything your heart desires! For aircraft enthusiasts, there is a free view of the approach to the nearby airfield, otherwise you can enjoy a wonderful mountain view (up to the Kitzsteinhorn)! Thanks to the Matjanec family for the great vacation ?

Die Lage ist traumhaft und unweit von allen Attraktionen und Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Das Appartement hat einen schöne großen Balkon und liegt im sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die Familie Matjanec ist eine wundervolle, liebe und zuvorkommende Familie. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub und können das Appartement sehr gut weiter empfehlen.
