El único contra es que cuando abrí la puerta me encontré cucarachas las dos noches y les tengo pánico Hotel located next to Wien Mite station just 15 minutes walk from the center. Very good room and easy checkin. The only con is that when I opened the door I found cockroaches both nights and I have a panic.

Das Hotel liegt in Wien Mitte, ein Bahnhof sowieso eine U-Bahn Station sind in unmittelbarer Nähe sowieso einige Geschäfte und Restaurants. Die Innenstadt rund um den Stephansdom ist per Fußweg in 15 Min erreichbar. Die Lage ist also sehr gut. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und wird täglich gereinigt von der Gastgeberin, auf Wunsch werden auch die Handtücher täglich erneuert. Trotz des kontaktlosen Check IN, ist die Gastgeberin immer gut erreichbar entweder per Whats App oder auch vor Ort, wenn die Zimmer sauber gemacht werden. Für einen Wien Trip würde ich das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. We were very satisfied and got a super large room, thanks again to the host. The hotel is located in Wien Mitte, a train station and an underground station are in the immediate vicinity and some shops and restaurants. The city center around St. Stephen's Cathedral can be reached by foot in 15 minutes. So the location is very good. The hotel is very clean and is cleaned daily by the hostess, if requested the towels are changed daily. Despite the contactless Check IN, the hostess is always easy to reach either via WhatsApp or on site when the rooms are being cleaned. For a trip to Vienna I would book the hotel again at any time.
