Netter Mitarbeiter, der Laden & Sortiment erklären kann und noch Zeit findet, um adäquate Tipps zu geben. Praktisch: Buchvorbestellung mit SMS-Abhol-Info. Auswahl insgesamt aber mittelmäßig. Owner-run bookstore away from the mainstream chain stores. Nice employee who can explain the shop and product range and still finds time to give adequate tips. Practical: book pre-order with SMS pick-up info. Overall selection but mediocre.

Haben uns zwar eh alleine ungesehen. Aber wenn der Mitarbeiter (oder Inhaber?) an einem gut einsehbaren Computer sitzt und Solitär spielt, macht das kein sooo gutes Bild. Small, fine bookstore that carries almost everything - or can order. Only: you could be a little more attentive. Have seen us alone anyway. But if the employee (or owner?) Is sitting at a clearly visible computer and playing solitaire, that doesn't make it that good.

Noch viel größer die Überraschung: Da ich recht nahe wohne, bekomme ich im Lockdown II mein im Webshop bestelltes Buch am selben Tag frei Haus zugestellt. Noch nie erlebt, und damit wurde mein erstes Trinkgeld an eine Buchhandlung fällig. Bin ab sofort Stammkunde. Good bookstores like these remind you of the importance of using the local infrastructure. The surprise is even bigger: Since I live very close by, I get the book I ordered in the webshop in the Lockdown II free of charge on the same day. Never seen it before, and that was my first tip to a bookstore. I am a regular customer from now on.

Bevor ihr sinnlos Zeit in einem der Buchversxhleuderungszentren verbringt, schaut doch hier vorbei. So nahe von der U3 Rochusgasse One of the well-stocked little “bookshops around the corner”, which has unfortunately become rare. Always friendly and courteous advice. Before you spend pointless time in one of the book extradition centers, stop by here. So close to the U3 Rochusgasse
a	andrea handy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette und freundliche Buchhandlung! Ich habe online bestellt und die Bücher selbst abgeholt. Es hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Die Buchhandlung sieht von außen klein aus, ist innen aber recht groß UND hatte für mich eine Neuerscheinung lagernd, die bei Amazon gerade nicht lieferbar und bei Thalia nur auf Bestellung erhältlich gewesen wäre. Ich werde künftig zuerst auf die Laaber Homepage schauen und wirklich gerne wieder dort kaufen. Very nice and friendly bookstore! I ordered online and picked up the books myself. Everything worked very well. The bookstore looks small from the outside but is quite large inside AND had a new release stocked for me that was out of stock on Amazon right now and only available to order on Thalia. In the future I will first look at the Laaber homepage and I will really like to buy there again.
