Top accommodation! , Clean, simple and good breakfast and very nice staff ?. Within walking distance (slightly uphill only?) from the lift station and the railway station. ?
M	Martina Berti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Aufenthalt hier ist bereits über 10 Jahre her. Keine Ahnung, ob sich in der Zwischenzeit etwas verändert hat. Es war eine nette, kleine Frühstückspension mit drei Stockwerken aber ohne Lift und viele Stufen zu gehen. Für ältere Herrschaften oder mit Hüftproblemen die oberen Zimmer deshalb eher ungeeignet. Das Einzelzimmer war mini- mini klein und für stark übergewichtige Menschen nicht geeignet weil alles so eng war. Im Badezimmer z.B. hatte man kaum Platz auf dem WC zu sitzen. Man musste aufpassen sich nicht ständig auf der Toilette die Ellenbogen an zu hauen. In der Dusche hatte man Probleme beim Duschen weil sie so klein war. Ansonsten gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Geräumiger Kasten, TV, netter und ruhiger Balkon mit toller Aussicht und wunderschönen, duftenden Blumen. Sonnenliegen und Stuhlauflagen, leider alles schon sehr alt. Schreibtisch mit zwei Stühlen, Telefon. Alles älter und auf Bauernart mit Holz usw eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Alle total freundlich! Im Prinzip zentral gelegen in der Nähe von der Gasteiner Innenstadt und nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Einkaufsstraße entfernt. Falls man zu Fuß runter geht, ist es etwas mühsam wieder in die Pension zu kommen weil das Haus am Berg oben liegt und man bergauf gehen muss. Ansonsten Bahnhof, Post, Einkaufszentrum und diverse Kleingeschäfte in der Nähe. Parkplatz vorm Haus. My stay here was over 10 years ago. I don't know if anything has changed in the meantime. It was a nice, small bed and breakfast with three floors but no elevator and many steps to go. The upper rooms are therefore rather unsuitable for older gentlemen or with hip problems. The single room was mini-small and not suitable for overweight people because everything was so tight. In the bathroom e.g. you hardly had any space to sit on the toilet. You had to be careful not to hit your elbows in the toilet all the time. In the shower you had problems showering because it was so small. Otherwise well and appropriately equipped. Spacious box, TV, nice and quiet balcony with a great view and beautiful, fragrant flowers. Sun beds and chair cushions, unfortunately everything was very old. Desk with two chairs, telephone. Everything is older and furnished in a peasant style with wood, etc., but very clean. All totally friendly! In principle, centrally located near the Gastein city center and only a few minutes' walk from the shopping street. If you go down on foot, it is a bit difficult to come back to the pension because the house is on the mountain and you have to go uphill. Otherwise train station, post office, shopping center and various small shops nearby. Parking in front of the house.
A	Aaron Oberländer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War dort 2019/2020 und vielleicht komm ich 2021 auch nochmals vorbei, schöne gegebd, ruhig und frühstück ist auch sehr gut ... Alle sind sehr Nett und ja ich würde diese weiter empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern oder Familien mit Hunden sind hier gut aufgehoben... 250m Berg ab liegt der Bahnhof Bad Gastein und 255m die Kodel inkl. In 260m ein Spar der Mo-So geöffnet hat... Ins Zentrum kommt man nach wenigen GEH minuten über das Parkdeck von Bad Gastein oben im 10 Stock steigt man ein und im Keller des Hauses steigt man durekt im Zentrum Bad Gastein aus. Parkplätze, Wanderwege, Ski und Snowboard inkl. Langlauf, Parakleiten inkl. Schnee Schuhwandern ist hier recht toll. Über die Matstraße kommt man nach Sportgastein und weiter nach Villach (Kärnten) mit dem PKW 30-45min. Wandern 2-3sdt und mit dem Fahrrad 60min. auch ein Bus fährt nach Villach oder man fährt mit dem Zug nach Villach (bzw. Salzburg HBF)... Was there in 2019/2020 and maybe I'll come by again in 2021, nice surroundings, quiet and breakfast is also very good ... Everyone is very nice and yes I would recommend them to families with children or families with dogs are in good hands here ... The Bad Gastein train station is 250m downhill and the Kodel incl. You can get to the center after a few minutes by walking via the Bad Gastein parking deck at the top of the 10th floor and get off in the basement of the house in the center of Bad Gastein. Parking spaces, hiking trails, skis and snowboards incl. Cross-country skiing, paracliding incl. Snow shoe hiking is really great here. Via Matstraße you can get to Sportgastein and further to Villach (Carinthia) by car for 30-45 minutes. Walking 2-3sdt and 60min by bike. There is also a bus to Villach or you can take the train to Villach (or Salzburg HBF) ...
