M	Marlies van den Langenberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuk, knus pension van aardige mensen! We hebben heerlijk geslapen en genoten van het uitzicht op de bergen vanaf ons balkon. Nice cozy guesthouse from nice people! We slept very well and enjoyed the view of the mountains from our balcony.

Bei normaler Körpergröße steht man beim Bett an, wenn man ausgestreckt liegt). Der Fernseher ist so montiert, dass man vom Bett aus nichts sieht. Das Personal war unfreundlich. Es war ein totaler reinfall. The room was not nice. Looks very different than in the photos. The beds are very small. At normal height you stand at the bed when you are stretched out). The TV is mounted so that you do not see anything from the bed. The staff was rude. It was a total blunder.

M	Marcel Vajnar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfektní lokalita blízko (100m) od zastávky vlaku a autobusů (300m). Kousek od Kaprunu. Parkování ve dvoře. Snídaně výborné. Čeští majitelé velmi ochotní, příjemní a nápomocní. Všude perfektní čistota, denně úklid pokoje. Vybavení hotelu je už trochu postarší, ale slouží dobře. Pro vysoké lidi (nad 180cm) je problémem krátká postel s pelestí v nohách - pouze 190cm. Někomu může vadit sprchový kout v pokoji a velmi malý záchod (pro dlouhány opět problém) hned u postele. Konkrétně pokoj v podkroví. My jsme se s tím srovnali, ale někomu to může hodně vadit. Ale každopádně můžeme doporučit. Perfect location close (100m) from the train and bus stops (300m). Not far from Kaprun. Parking in the yard. Breakfast delicious. Czech owners very helpful, pleasant and helpful. Everywhere perfect cleanliness, daily room cleaning. The equipment of the hotel is already a bit older, but serves well. For tall people (over 180cm) the problem is a short bed with a bed in the legs - only 190cm. Some may mind a shower in the room and a very small toilet (again for problem for the problem) right next to the bed. Specifically, the room in the attic. We have dealt with it, but it can be a problem for someone. But in any case we can recommend.
S	Silvio Heider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Pension mit wirklich super netten Besitzern, die mir immer einen leckeren Cappuccino ins Zimmer gebracht haben nach dem Tagesausflug ?? Die Einrichtung der Zimmer selbst mag zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sein... das gute Frühstück, die sehr gute Lage der Pension und vor allem der romantische Ausblick auf den Maiskogel und das Kitzsteinhorn vom eigenen Balkon aus entschädigen das aber allemal. Und ganz wichtig - es ist auch alles sauber! Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Betten sind echt klein. Selbst bei meiner Größe von 1,72m war ein Ausstrecken im Bett irgendwie nicht möglich. Definitiv noch erwähnenswert ist, dass man hier eine Sommerkarte der Region Zell am See - Kaprun erhält. Damit sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Bummelzug und Bus gleich um die Ecke) kostenlos nutzbar und sehr viele Ausflugsziele sind dadurch ebenso entweder gleich frei von Eintritt oder super reduziert. Alles in Allem weiterzuempfehlen (auch wenn die Betten klein sind, habe ich das schon erwähnt ?). Good pension with really nice owners, who always brought a delicious cappuccino to my room after the day trip ?? The furnishing of the rooms themselves may have gotten a bit old ... but the good breakfast, the very good location of the guest house and above all the romantic view of the Maiskogel and the Kitzsteinhorn from your own balcony make up for it. And very important - everything is clean too! The only point of criticism: the beds are really small. Even with my height of 1.72 m, stretching out in bed was somehow impossible. Definitely worth mentioning is that you can get a summer card for the Zell am See - Kaprun region here. This means that public transport (slow train and bus just around the corner) can be used free of charge and a large number of excursion destinations are either free of charge or reduced. All in all to be recommended (even if the beds are small, I already mentioned that ?).

V případě nutnosti vám se vším pomůže a poradí kam se vydat na výlety po okolí. Rozhodně parádní dovolená a rádi se sem vrátíme :)) Very nice guest house and a pleasant environment of the very nice Kottner family, who will welcome you here with open arms. If necessary, they will help you with everything and advise you on where to go on trips around the area. Definitely a great holiday and we will be happy to come back here :))
