★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal ist leider großteils nicht wirklich freundlich. Lediglich die beiden MA in der Fleischerei sind immer höflich. Die anderen Angestellten sind eher entnervt und dauergestresst. Entweder sollte man als Filialleitung überlegen die Prioritäten kundennäher zu sehen oder die MA besser zu schulen.
Der Penny an sich ist aber in Ordnung. Warenqualität passt meistens, Auswahl ist auch gegeben.
 Unfortunately, most of the staff is not really friendly. Only the two employees in the butcher's shop are always polite. The other employees are rather unnerved and constantly stressed. As a branch manager, one should either consider seeing the priorities closer to the customer or training the employees better.
The penny itself is okay though. The quality of the goods usually fits, but there is also a choice.

Very nice and modern penny. Staff were friendly and there was no long queue when I visited.
