I have been coming to the workshop for a year, have not had any negative experiences so far, unfortunately only a mechanic for my car, so waiting time for an appointment, but does not bother during controls.

Even though I wasn't a customer, I was helped in such a nice and friendly manner in an exceptional situation, that's how you win customers. I can only recommend this dealership.
G	Gerd Zier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termin kurzfristig bekommen, pünktlich da gewesen, mit neuen Winterreifen nach 45 Minuten Wartezeit-dazwischen einen Kaffee getrunken- wieder gefahren. Sommerreifen werden eingelagert, Winterreifeifen sind gewuchtet worden, Auto gewaschen. Nur 85 € bezahlt. Gibt keine bessere Werkstatt, bin seit 5 Jahren sehr zufrieden! Got an appointment at short notice, arrived on time, after 45 minutes of waiting with new winter tires - had a coffee in between - drove back. Summer tires are stored, winter tires have been balanced, cars washed. Paid only 85 €. There is no better workshop, I have been very satisfied for 5 years!

Hätte ich mit den Problemen meines Autos (Citroen Grand C4) gleich diese Werkstatt aufgesucht (Probleme mit der Lamda-Sonde; fehlerhafte Abgaswerte) wäre mir eine Odyssee erspart geblieben und hätte mir außerdem auch eine Menge Geld erspart. Das Knoth-Team ist jedenfalls extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und außerordentlich kompetent. Auch preislich top! Für mich jedenfalls meine neue Stammwerkstatt - auch wenn ich dafür einen gewissen Umweg in Kauf nehmen muss. Unfortunately, you can only award 5 stars for this car workshop. They deserved a lot more. If I had gone straight to this workshop with the problems of my car (Citroen Grand C4) (problems with the lambda probe; faulty exhaust gas values), I would have been spared an odyssey and would also have saved a lot of money. In any case, the Knoth team is extremely friendly, helpful and extremely competent. Also great in price! At least for me it's my new home workshop - even if I have to put up with a certain detour to get there.

Das Autohaus Knoth ist ein wundervoller familiärer Betrieb mit einem erste klasse Team das beginnt beim Empfang wo noch jeder Kunde sehr Herzlich empfangen wird bis hin zu den Mechanikern die mit erstklassige Arbeit abliefern sowie den Werkstattmeister Herrn Koll der mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht ?? und zieht sich komplett durch bis zu der Geschäftsführung wo jeder Kunde noch immer ein Mensch ist und sie ein offenes Ohr hat für alles ?? und nicht Kunden wie irgendwelche Nummern behandelt?. Ich bin einfach begeistert von diesem Autohaus und würde niemals mehr ein anderes Autohaus in Sachen Citroen in Anspruch nehmen ❤️❤️ Ich möchte mich bei allen auf diesem Wege Bedanken?? Danke das ihr seid von mir und meinen Kindern die Superhelden ???‍♂️? in jeglicher Hinsicht ??? I have rarely seen such a good car dealership as this one. The Autohaus Knoth is a wonderful family business with a first-class team that starts at the reception where every customer is warmly welcomed to the mechanics who deliver first-class work and the workshop master Mr. Koll who is on hand with advice and action ?? and runs all the way through to the management where every customer is still a person and she has an open ear for everything ?? and doesn't treat customers like any numbers ?. I am simply enthusiastic about this car dealership and would never use another car dealership when it comes to Citroen ❤️❤️ I would like to thank everyone in this way ?? Thank you for being the superheroes of me and my children ??? ♂️? in every respect ???
