Ich würde als Kunde nicht gut beraten. Very unfriendly employee in the shop. And the question of whether I bought here or in another branch eludes my logic that Pearl is Pearl !!! I would not give good advice as a customer.

Hier habe ich noch am selben Tag einen bekommen und die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und hat mir alles genau erklärt. Top Service! I wanted to buy contact lenses (bought some for the first time) and you usually wait weeks or months for an appointment. I got one here on the same day and the employee was very friendly and explained everything to me in detail. Top service!
R	Rasvan B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir dort eine Sonnenbrille gekauft. Am anfang wurde ich freundlich von eine Dame beraten, dann bei der kassa war eine andere Dame eher unfreundlich. Während ich bei der kassa war um zu bezahlen, kommt schnell ein Mitarbeiter und meinte er muss sich vordrängen weil eine Kundin will bezahlen die gerade reingekommen ist. Seine Kollegin meinte es geht nicht weil Sie gerade im System ist und muss abkassieren. Dann ist er neben ihr gestanden bis wir fertig waren. Sich so drängen wenn ein Kunde bezahlt ist total unprofessionell und unhöflich mit Druck das die Bezahlung schneller gehen soll weil er eine Kundin bevorzugen will. Verbesserungsvorschlag von mir: Freundlich bleiben, nicht bei der kassa vordrängen wenn eine oder ein Kollege bereits etwas abwickelt, und gut beraten ob die Brille eingestellt werden muss oder nicht (bei mir war leider nicht der fall). Ich habe das gefühl gehabt, kauf etwas schnell und abmarsch. Nächstes mal überlege ich ob ich doch online kaufen soll.. I bought sunglasses there. At the beginning I was given friendly advice by a lady, then at the cash desk another lady was rather unfriendly. While I was at the cash desk to pay, an employee came quickly and said he had to push ahead because a customer who just came in wants to pay. His colleague said it doesn't work because she is currently in the system and has to cash in. Then he stood next to her until we were finished. Pushing yourself so when a customer pays is totally unprofessional and impolite with pressure that the payment should go faster because he wants to prefer a customer. Suggestion for improvement from me: stay friendly, do not rush to the cash desk when a colleague is already processing something, and give good advice on whether the glasses need to be adjusted or not (unfortunately that was not the case with me). I had the feeling that I was buying something quick and off. Next time I'll think about whether I should buy online after all ..

Der Service war wirklich grossartig der Herr hatte Geduld, hat sich Zeit für meine 1000 Fragen genommen. Er hat mir wirklich zugehört und ging auf meine Bedürfnisse ein. Sehr wertschätzender Umgang und interessante am Kunden und der Thematik. Fühlte mich wirklich gut aufgehoben!! Danke dafür! Komme wieder, kann diese Filiale nur empfehlen I am super impressed !! I just had contact lenses fitted. The service was really great, the gentleman was patient and took the time to answer my 1000 questions. He really listened to me and responded to my needs. Very appreciative interaction and interesting in the customer and the topic. I felt really well taken care of !! Thanks for that! Will be back, can only recommend this branch
