Brille war in 1 Woche fertig, bei der Abholung auch nochmal super Beratung. Die Fielmann Werbung lügt nicht. Würde dort immer wieder kaufen. No waiting time, the optician was very nice, the eye test was extensive and the advice was great, all employees greet them in a friendly manner. Glasses were ready in 1 week, great advice when they were picked up. The Fielmann advertising doesn't lie. Would buy there again and again.

I've been buying my glasses there for a long time. Very competent staff, which means that we can provide quick and very personal advice.

Entspannte Atmosphäre, keine langen Wartezeiten, sehr bemühtes und kompetentes Personal, besonders die Filialleiterin ist äußerst freundlich. Preislich auch völlig in Ordnung. Habe über mehrere Monate die richtigen Kontaktlinsen gesucht bis ich schließlich fündig wurde, danke euch :) So far personally the best Fielmann branch in a long time! Relaxed atmosphere, no long waiting times, very hard-working and competent staff, especially the branch manager is extremely friendly. The price is also completely okay. I searched for the right contact lenses for several months until I finally found it, thank you :)

Sowohl meine Eltern als auch ich fühlten uns bestens betreut, und das bei jedem unserer Besuche. Kommen sehr gern wieder! Best service despite busy business; very competent, eager and nice employees. Both my parents and I felt very well looked after, and that every time we visited. We'd love to come back!

Die aber heute (8.10.20) mit dem Filialleiter besprochen und bereinigt wurden. Da ich schon jahrelang Kunde in der Filiale bin werde ich nach diesem klärenden Gespräch gerne wieder kommen. Würde mir immer und überall solche motivierten Filialleiter und Mitarbeiter wünschen. On my last visit to the branch there were misunderstandings and ambiguities because of the insurance. But today (October 8th, 2020) they were discussed and cleaned up with the branch manager. Since I've been a customer in the branch for years, I'll be happy to come back after this clarifying conversation. I would wish such motivated store managers and employees everywhere.

Top Betreuung & Service, auch egal in welcher Filiale; war schon in drei verschiedenen Bundesländern, immer super. Auch der After-Sales Prozess mit der SMS Benachrichtigung + Online Terminvereinbarung für Abholung funktioniert einfach so herrlich unkompliziert; bleibe loyaler Kunde <3 I think Fielmann feels like the only business that is right in its advertising regarding customer satisfaction. Top support & service, no matter in which branch; I've been to three different federal states, always great. The after-sales process with the SMS notification + online appointment for collection works just so wonderfully uncomplicated; stay loyal customer <3
