Grundsätzlich immer zufrieden, manchmal wurde Wäsche vertauscht.
Aber immer freundlich und nett.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Jacke wurde ruiniert . Innenfutter mit Bügeleisen verbrannt. Leider wurde ich auch nicht darüber informiert , was eigentlich eine Frechheit ist . Sie verdienen nicht mal einen Stern .
My jacket was ruined. Inner lining burned with an iron. Unfortunately, I was not informed about what a joke is. They do not even earn a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wirklich schade dass wenn man die Dame nach einem Preis fragt, diese annimmt dass man es sich nicht leisten kann und diese einem ins Gesicht sagt.
So wird die Jacke halt woanders gemacht und bezahlt.
1a Kundenservice, so gut dass man dort nicht hingehen sollte.
Really a pity that if you ask the lady for a price, this assumes that you can not afford and this one in the face says.
So the jacket is just made elsewhere and paid.
1a customer service, so good that you should not go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da die Putzerei, zu der ich schon seit Jahren Gewand gebracht habe, zugesperrt hat, wandte ich mich verzweifelt an diese. Ich habe auch schon ein paar Mal etwas hingebracht und es in einwandfreiem Zustand wiederbekommen. Die Putzdauer war immer ca. eine bis eineinhalb Wochen und ist nicht wahnsinnig teuer. Außerdem ist das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht.
Bin also sehr zufrieden.
Since the cleaning shop, to which I have been wearing robes for years, has closed, I desperately turned to them. I have also brought a few times something and get it back in perfect condition. The cleaning time was always about one to one and a half weeks and is not insanely expensive. In addition, the staff is very friendly and hard-working.
I am very satisfied.
