★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von Datenschutz keine Spur. Jemand der sich als mein Freund ausgab konnte problemlos an meine Daten gelangen, auch keine Telefonnummer. Frechheit sowas in der heutigen Zeit!
Und die Angebotene Brillenversicherung bringt absolut nichts sondern ist reine Abzocke, da fahr ich zukünftig lieber wieder ein wenig weiter und geh zu Fielmann
No trace of data protection. Someone who pretended to be my friend could easily get my data, not even a phone number. Cheek something in this day and age!
And the glasses insurance offered does absolutely nothing but is a pure rip-off, so in the future I prefer to drive a little further and go to Fielmann

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War immer gerne dort. Hatte dann das Problem das mir ein "Nasenbügel gebrochen ist. Da kam nur die Antwort dauert 3 Wochen oder eine neue Fassung kaufen für Die Zeit. Hatte nicht das Gefühl , das man mir irgendwie helfen wollte. Ging dann zu einem anderen Optiker, der sehr bemüht war und mir sofort helfen konnte und wollte.
Always loved to be there. Then I had the problem that I had a "broken nose clip. The answer only took 3 weeks or I had to buy a new frame for Die Zeit. Didn't have the feeling that they wanted to help me in any way. Then went to another optician who was very tried hard and could and wanted to help me immediately.
