E	Eduard Denk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da können sich manche großen Ketten einen dicke Scheibe abschneiden - super geführtes Team von Herrn Mickl, immer kompetent und auf Kundenwünsche wir bestens eingegangen - ich werde jetzt öfter den Weg von Salzburg nach Mattighofen suchen, um mich beim dortigen Hartlauer mit neuster Technologie zu versorgen (in in 20 Jahren mit einem Hörgerät ;-)) Some big chains can cut a big slice for themselves - super-managed team from Mr. Mickl, always competent and we responded to customer requests in the best possible way - I will now often look for the way from Salzburg to Mattighofen to get the latest technology at the Hartlauer there ( in 20 years with a hearing aid ;-))

So soll eine Verkäuferin sein.Spitze. The advice from the saleswoman Sara was really good. You certainly owe my 5 stars to her. Has tried very hard and was really accommodating. That's what a saleswoman should be like.

Perfekte Beratung in allen Belangen, ob Brille oder Handy, auch wenn man sich beim ausdrucken eines Fotos nicht ganz auskennt. Gratuliere Hartlauer zu diesem freundlichen überaus kompetenten Personal. Falls jemand mal länger warten muß, spricht das ja für die Tatsache, dass man sich hier Zeit für die Kunden nimmt. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in so einem großen Unternehmen ist keine Selbstständigkeit! Freu mich schon drauf wenn ich wieder was brauche.... Always a pleasure when you go to this branch! Perfect advice in all matters, whether glasses or cell phone, even if you are not entirely familiar with printing out a photo. Congratulations Hartlauer on this friendly and extremely competent staff. If someone has to wait longer, that speaks for the fact that they take time here for customers. The friendliness of the employees in such a large company does not mean self-employment! I'm looking forward to it when I need something again ...

Betreung erhofft Incompetent employees with a three-time contract are more likely to talk to the customer than that a contract is concluded, an employee is particularly unfriendly and not interested I would have more professional advice and support from Hartlauer hoped for

Man hat nicht das Gefühl über den Tisch gezogen zu werden, genausowenig wird einem etwas aufgeschwatzt! Wartezeit war minimal hätte mehr einkalkuliert ohne Termin ? da kann sich gerne die Vöcklabrucker Filiale viele Scheiben abschneiden, von den Kollegen in Mattighofen, was Kundenfreundlichkeit und somit auch Bindung anbelangt ? Very nice team! Both Ms. Mirsada and HR. Except were friendly, nice, knowledgeable and quick! You don't have the feeling of being ripped off, and neither is anything talked into you! Waiting time was minimal, would have taken more into account without an appointment ? the Vöcklabruck branch can take a lot of slices from the colleagues in Mattighofen when it comes to customer friendliness and thus also loyalty ?

Sie dementierte die mir von A1 direkt zugesagten Konditionen und meinte, mir würde noch gar kein Handy zustehen. Online bestellt, und keine Probleme gehabt. Bin sehr enttäuscht, da ich eigentlich lieber vor Ort kaufe statt online zu bestellen, aber bei dieser jungen Dame habe ich langsam den Eindruck sie möchte gar nichts verkaufen. Very bad and unfriendly advice when buying a mobile phone from a young, blonde lady (probably an apprentice) and this is the second time today. She denied the conditions promised to me directly by A1 and said I wasn't even entitled to a cell phone. Ordered online and had no problems. I'm very disappointed as I actually prefer to buy locally instead of ordering online, but I'm starting to get the impression that this young lady doesn't want to sell anything.
